How satisfying your slurred speech
Resounds in mi ears.I think that your faltering tongue
Speaks the most coherent words
I've ever heard you say
When they are accompanied
by the intoxicating fumes
giving you clarity of mind,
while casting clouds
over your head.Why do you always insist
on stubbornly keeping your heart
on such tight leash?I'd rather see you like this,
With your guard down,
And your feelings running free.Even when that means tomorrow,
You won't remember any of this.
