DARYLL'S POV
The next morning, I woke up early to cook our breakfast.
"If there's anyone that should be cooking for them, that's me". I said to myself.
"Yaah! what are you doing? you can leave that to me. Just go and play with Aidan instead, haishh!". Isabelle said when he saw me in the kitchen.
"Calm down Isabelle. I'd love to do this for you and Aidan". I said while smiling.
"Okay sige, pero tutulungan kita". She said. I was happy that this little gesture of cooking for them turned into a bonding moment of Isabelle and I. I started a conversation with Isabelle while cooking.
"Hmm? Isabelle? how was Aidan when you gave birth? I wonder how he looks when he's a baby". I said while smiling.
"Ohh.. he looks so much like you ever since he was born, we already saw the resemblance". She said.
"Oh really? he must be very very handsome then". I said and teased Isabelle. "How about you? how are you when you gave birth to him? I mean given your health condition, have you had a hard time?". I asked again.
"Hmm? yeah.. they had to do an emergency CS that time. Remember when my sister dialed your number? I was giving birth to Aidan that time". She said.
"Oh really? I knew it, I have a feeling that she called intentionally for something very important or urgent.. haishh". I said. "So what happened? why did she suddenly call?". I asked.
"Hmm.. she panicked because I went flatline for a few minutes. She said they were reviving me that time and she didn't know what to do, so she thought of telling you". She said and I was shocked by what she said.
"What?! you almost died back then?!". I said as I dropped the ladle and stared at Isabelle.
"I'm here and alive Daryll, don't worry okay?". She said and smiled at me.
"Just the thought of how much you suffered breaks my heart and I got nervous knowing that I almost lost you forever that time". I said sadly. I couldn't hold back my feelings so I hugged Isabelle tightly and rubbed her hair with my hands. I felt that Isabelle was surprised by my sudden gesture but I don't care, because I want her to feel that I loved her.
"Hmm? are you alright? don't think about it Daryll that was a long time ago and Aidan is okay now". She said while we're still with each other's arms.
"I feel bad that I wasn't there for you during the hardest times in your life". I said and tears fell from my eyes. "I love you so much Isabelle and I want you back... please give me another chance". I said as I looked straight into Isabelle's eyes. We started staring at each other when Aidan suddenly barged into the kitchen. He saw us very close to each other as if we were about to kiss.
"Mommy? Daddy? are you kissing?". Aidan asked right away. Isabelle and I were both startled so we've stepped back away from each other.
"Haishh! relax Daryll that's your son haha". I said to my mind.
"No baby.. we're not kissing, we're just talking". Isabelle said as she smiled awkwardly at Aidan.
"The food is ready baby.. you wanna eat now?". I said.
"Sure Daddy!". He said.
"Ahmm Isabelle? I'm planning to take you both out today. I'm thinking about going to an amusement park. I figured Aidan would love that". I said while eating.
"Yes he would surely love that Daryll, pero maraming tao doon Daryll. Baka makilala ka nila sigurado ako". She said.
"Don't worry about that Isabelle. Sisiguraduhin ko na walang makakakita sa atin". I said.
"Huh? how is that possible?". She asked.
"I rented the whole place". I said while smiling.

Aidan was very excited while we were on our way.
"Daddy! are we almost there? I can't wait!". He said excitedly.
"Yes baby, haha we'll be there in a few minutes". I said. Aidan enjoyed and had fun with every single ride. While Isabelle and I were happily watching him.
"Aidan was so happy, thank you for making this possible. I brought him before in a place like this but he seems happier this time because you're here". Isabelle said.
"Just seeing you both happy makes my heart full Isabelle. I'm glad that I get to experience this with you". I said while smiling.

ISABELLE'S POV
The next day, I was peacefully working in a shoot in my studio while Daryll and Aidan were busy playing video games, when I received a message from Charlie.
["Hi Isabelle.. ahmm are you free tonight? I just wanted to invite you for dinner"]. Charlie message.
"Hi Charlie.. hmm? may I know why? is there an occasion?". I replied.
["No Isabelle, I just wanted to tell you something and I'd rather do it in person"]. He replied.
"Oh.. that seems important huh? I'm curious". I replied.
["Yes it is, so I really hope you can come"]. He replied.
"Hmm? alright, I'll see you later". I replied.
["Really?? thanks Isabelle.. I'll see you later"]. He replied.
"Hmm.. I wonder what Charlie is up to? but I hope it's about business". I said to myself.
A few minutes later, I went to Daryll to tell him that I'll be out for dinner.
"What?! why? where are you going?". He said.
"Charlie invited me for dinner. I'm not sure what it's about but he said he wants to talk about it in person and I hope it's about business though". I said.
"Wait! what?! You'll have dinner with him?". He said and I can see in his that he was surprised.
