Chapter 11: Tried To Slow Down But My Heart Won't Listen

A/N: Really pissed right now. I had to re-write everything I wrote for this chapter cause it accidentally got deleted. As in everything and I just wanna cry right noooooooooooow. :(

CHAPTER 11: TRIED TO SLOW DOWN BUT MY HEART WON'T LISTEN

(LIAM'S POV)

"Would you believe me if I say that......" I told her trying hard not to stutter.

"Say what, Li?" She asked me.

"Forget it. I'm so stupid and silly. Its nothing really." I told her faking a smile.

"I know something is up and its not just nothing. Its not silly and stupid to talk about." She said and smiled at me reassuringly.

"You wouldn't believe me so what's the point?" I replied and chuckled at my own words.

"I already told you, Li. I believe you. Now spill it out." Nessa said now looking a bit pissed

"Would you believe me if I tell you that I really like you from the very start I already know deep inside me that I have a special something for you. You're the only person who could give me that butterflies almost everytime without even doing anything and I've never felt anything like this towards anyone before. Your beautiful, Nessa and understanding and You have this special connection to my heart. You know everything about me even if we've just known each other for awhile. And if you'll give me a chance I'd like to know you more. I'm not pushing you but I'll be here just waiting for you." I told her and I couldn't believe I just said that. I swear I'm having a panic attack right now.

"I don't know what to say, Liam" Nessa said looking down at her feet.

"You don't have to say anything, Ness."I told her and held her chin up.

"But...." Nessa said looking like she was gonna cry.

"No more buts. I just told you how I feel to get it all out. I just couldn't keep it any longer. I'm not expecting you to like me back." I told her smiling reassuringly.

"But I'm not sure about how I feel." She muttered.

"Take your time. I'm willing to wait." I stood up and made my way to Niall who was seating by the shore.

"Hey mate." I patted Niall's back

"How did it go, Liam?" He asked me.

I was taken aback at his statement. I never told anyone about my feelings for Nessa. Did he hear my little confession?

"What do you mean how did it go?" I questioned Niall trying to look like as if nothing happened earlier.

"You confessed your feelings to Nessa." He said and smirked at me.

"How did you know? As far as I remember I never told anyone about that." I said a bit puzzled.

"Were best mates, Liam. I know you. I know when your inlove, sad, mad, JEALOUS OF ZAYN AND NESSA." He laughed at his own statement.

"I really like her." The only words that came out of my mouth

"I know and you should try your best to get her. I've never seen you that inlove before." Niall blurts out playing with the sand.

"I don't feel deserving, You know." I told my best mate.

"And why is that? You two seem to go pretty well." Niall said squeezing my shoulder.
