~August 1st 1998~
Ah, Manchester, New Hampshire. We're here for our first show of 96 this year and Tom is going back to college, soon. He's coming with us on the tour because we stop in Clarkston, Michigan which isn't far from his college near when college starts again. Vince and Tommy Thayer are doing well, got married a couple months ago. Mick and Duff are bringing their 4 year old daughter, Mae. Oh they're also married now!
I also found out I'm pregnant last week and I've been meaning to tell Tom but he changes the subject whenever I bring up kids. "Tom? Can we talk?" I said looking at him as I had just gotten out of the shower. "Sure doll, what's up?" He said turning to me as I sighed. "I'm pregnant" I said as I saw all the color drain from his face. "I...I'm sorry- I need to take a walk" He said rushing out as I held my stomach, immediately feeling nauseous and I ran to the toilet, violently throwing up.
It was 3 hours before showtime and we had already practiced a lot so we were ready. "Hey Sixx! You almost ready!?" Vince yelled as I sighed. "Yeah I'm coming" I said grabbing my bass and my bag as we headed to the venue. "Are you ok?" He asked looking at me. "Mhm I'm fine" I lied as he sighed. "Sixx, something's up with you" He said placing a hand on my shoulder as I ran to the nearest trash can and started throwing up again.
"Oh shit" Tommy yelled running towards me as he held my hair up. "You're pregnant aren't you?" Mick said as I whimpered. "I am....and Tom left after I told him...I ruined his football career!" I said crying as they frowned and hugged me.
~During the show~
I was spinning around and dancing, having a gold fucking time when I saw Tom in the audience. I smiled as he waved to me, I subtly waved back and threw him a pick.
~After the show~
"Nikki! You did amazing up there!" Tom said picking me up as I squealed. "Ah god! I thought I would never see you again..." I said as he nuzzled our noses together. "Hell no. Like I would leave the love of my life alone with my baby" He said as I blushed and kissed him. Then we saw paparazzi, eh fuck it! I kissed him as I cupped his face, I could hear the camera shutters clicking. "Yeah get that on your newspapers. Let the world know this is my boyfriend!" Tom said raising my hand as I blushed and hid my face.
"I'm not going anywhere~" He said as I smiled. "I believe you. Forever~" I said kissing him sweetly.
