Indigo landed in the snow outside the bunker with a thump. She opened the door to the bunker and went inside. She disabled her wings and tail and walked towards her room, feeling sleepy. She yawned and her ears faded to grey. "Hey Indi! Did you get to eat?"
Her dad walked up from behind her, making her jump. "Hey. Yeah, I did. It wasn't bad, I guess.
I'm really tired, so I'm probably going to power off for a little bit." Indigo's ears drooped from tiredness. "Ok, i'll be here." her dad walked off to the living room. She continued to make her way to her room. When she entered the threshold of her door, she remembered something. Now that I have a tail and wings, can't I do the bat thing my dad does?
She enabled her tail and wings. I've gotta find something to hang from. She looked at her ceiling and found a protruding bar that she could wrap her tail around. She flew up to the ceiling and grabbed on to a pipe that was right by the bar, and used it to hold herself up while she wrapped her tail around the bar. She made sure it was snug, then let go of the pipe and hung upside down.
Ooo, I like this. She wrapped her wings around herself, veiling her in a grayish-indigo light. Indigo made a sound that resembled guinea pig purring. (yes it exists and it's REALLY cute, search it up) Indigo snuggled into her wings even more and closed her eyes. Ugh... so tired... was her last thought that she remembered, then darkness.

What should I do, now that she's gone? I guess I could go back, but then I would be bored. What can I do? Cedar was sitting in the snow, swishing his tail around. He looked over at the... remains of the drone he was eating earlier. A profound feeling of guilt washed over him as he thought about what Indigo said about killing drones.
"But is it just me, or doesn't it feel like killing other drones like us is wrong?" echoed through his mind. Oh, Indigo. I-If she knew what I did- he wilted like a dying flower. But, protested a different part of his mind, something was definitely controlling you, and it still is TRYING to. Cedar blinked. It kinda does feel like that...
You're crazy. Your mind is playing sneaky tricks on you. The symbol Ø flashed on his visor. "AGH! STOP!!!" Cedar pressed both of his hands on his head and shut his eyes tightly.
He shook his head and stood up, slapping himself with his wings. After his visor cleared up, something clicked in his mind. That's the Restriction symbol. Why do I have- "Whaaat is wrong with me?" he looked at his hands, shaking with fear. Calm down. You're ok, there are just voices inside your head telling you silly things.
He gave a sigh and looked up. "I might as well go back to the manor..." Cedar said as he flew into the air. "I need to rest anyways." He flew higher, then shot off in the direction of the manor. It wasn't far, he just hated going there. The leader there sent chills down his arms and back whenever he heard his voice. The leader also made him and the drones that lived there do terrible things sometimes.
But, people asked for it, and it was helping them stay alive when the damaged and virus infected drones were scarce. He knew it was horrible, but... he couldn't deny he loved the taste of fresh oil. Like, the oil from healthy drones who were clean from viruses and not damaged. Wait... how does that affect the oil quality..? Ugh, I have too many things to think about right now. Nevermind.
Cedar arrived at the manor shortly after. He walked up to the big oak doors and stopped. He knocked on the door three times, and a yellow eyed drone opened in and gestured for him to come inside. "Welcome, Serial Designation Cedar." the yellow eyed drone bowed. "Master Designation Cyclone wants you in his quarters." Cedar's eyes widened, then he shook his head. "Thank you, um-"
