Indigo waved towards her parents and shut the door with a thud. She wiped the oil off her face and tried to get the most she could out of her hair. She twitched her ears every which way to listen to any possible sounds before trying to take off. Nothing. I think that's good. She spread out her wings and tried to flap them. She felt a pull, then started lifting off the ground and she was able to fly around without a problem. Cool! Naturally skilled, I guess.

Better use my wings, then. She shot around the sky in circles for a moment just to have fun, then she lifted higher and set a path to cruise above the trees. After a little bit, she noticed a clearing in the trees and decided to land. She looked around and disabled her wings and tail.. What was I out here for again? "hmm..." Ohhh yeah. That drone. Now, let's see.

Anything around here that would show me where he is? She dug around in the snow, looked under rocks in many sizes, and looked by trees. Nothing. "How will I ever be able to find that green drone?" right after she said that, she got a shivery feeling. She moved her head around with her ears back. What? Why do I feel so weird?

Then, a voice sounded from above. "I'm up here, silly." The green eyed drone flew around her head in circles, then landed in front of her. "You." Indigo's ears turned red, but flickered with pink, then glowed a gentle red instead. She forced her ears up so he could see the red color. "Oh! I didn't notice you had ears."

Indigo forced her ears downwards again. "What do you want with me this time?" Indigo bared her teeth. "Unfortunately, my orders say I have to hurt you again." A X flashed across his face, but it was very glitchy. He seemed to have a hint of sadness in his face. He enabled his long blade again.

"You can try to kill me," she hissed, "but I came prepared this time." She enabled her wings and tail, as well as her long blades. The green drone stopped in his tracks and seemed surprised. His face returned to normal and the X covered one of his eyes as he said, "Challenge accepted."

He flew above Indigo and immediately shot down with his blade pointing at her. Her reflexes kicked in and she jumped over, barely feeling the blade graze her arm. This was real, so she had to get real. An X flashed across one of her eyes as well. She sensed her ears turned golden, a color that she had never had on her ears before. She pushed off a tree while flying, and lunged at him with her blades enabled. The green drone dogged it almost as swift as her, but ended up getting sliced on his arm.

He let out a growl under his breath and looked at Indigo. "You're good, I'm not going to lie. But are you good enough to win?" The X on his visor now covered both eyes. He enabled his lazer gun, something Indigo didn't have. Crap- she dodged the lazer, resulting in it scorching one of the trees. I've gotta get him pinned somehow! Like, what he did to me.

Indigo flew up and shot around in lightning fast zig-zags to minimize the chance of being shot. She flew to a tree, banked around, equipped her claws, and kicked off in a blink of an eye. The drone started to turn his head, but before he could process what was happening, she flew into him. "Arg!" the drone shouted from under her as his visor hit the tree he was standing by. tree. Now who's good enough to win? She stood up and allowed him to turn over, then put her foot on him while holding her blade super close to his face.

He removed his hands from his visor and hissed through his teeth. There was a massive crack in his visor that was leaking oil, and the backs of his hands had acid coated scratches on them. Did I do that? The X flashed off of her visor, and her ears turned cyan as she moved the blade farther away from his face. "You- um- good?" She drew her blade back into her arms so she had both hands available, and disabled her wings and tail. "Yeah, I'll be fine." The drone stuck one of his hands in his mouth, then the other.
