After two years. At Solara Bay City. A group of men is entering the city's border at night with some cars. There is a busy environment at the police checkpoint. The police stop the cars and ask them to come out. The men were looking decent and well-dressed which can make anyone say that they are some boys of a middle-class family. The policeman gestures to them to come to him. One of them comes to the policeman on their behalf.

Yes, sir. (Kulveer looks at his men who start binging out the papers from the car. The constables were checking the papers.)

One of our friends got injured. That's why he needed our help. Which is why we got late.

Suddenly, another car comes there and throws a girl on the ground who is crying. Some men come down and stand around the girl. Seeing them the police start to turn around their cars and happen to move from there. Kulveer holds that policeman's hand while he is trying to leave.

What now? (Keeping notepads and phones inside the car.)

What about that woman?
They are just... gonna kill her. You move away with your cars.
The policeman leaves with his car. The girl is screaming for help but no one around is coming to save her and going away from there. In an instant the area becomes empty. A boy is coming towards the girl and is about to hold her leg while Kulveer holds his hand tightly. The boy holds Kulveer's collar which makes Kulveer's men come there but Kulveer gestures to them to stop.
Who do you think you are? You middle-class boy!

She is our, okay? Go! (Pushes Kulveer harder.)
(Holds that boy's hand again.) Leave the woman. I will go. (Look at the girl whose tears were dried.) You can go, don't look back. (The girl goes away from there.)

The boy is about to punch Kulveer but he holds the hand and pressures so hard that the boy's fist's bone breaks and the sound is heard loudly. The others get scared and take a step back. The boy screams and pushes Kulveer with his other hand while Kulveer smiles. The sky is covering the moon with clouds which makes the darkness around.
What are you? How can you break a bone just like that?
I am Kulveer. (Smiles looking down.) The head of Luminara City. (Look at them with dark teal blue colored eyes.) We don't touch women but it isn't told what we should do with men. I enjoy killing men mercilessly.
