I walked in the paddock on my first day. I knew my way around the paddock already, thanks to Lando.

So I also knew my way to the big orange building. The Mclaren hospitality.

They didn't even question me being here and why would they? They thought I was just Lando's new PR manager.

They expected me to have lots of experience, at least that's what we made them believe. In reality, I had no experience at all.

But they didn't know that. Only Lando knew, and I was sure he wasn't gonna rat me out.

Or was he? He did it before, he didn't bat an eye then, maybe he wouldn't care now either.

I had to make sure he would understand that ratting me out again, wasn't a very good idea.

A bad idea even.

A very very bad idea.

Mira showed me around, I guess she was only a few years older than I was. She narrowed her eyes as she looked at me. "You seem familiar"

"Oh do I?" I tilted my head. I was prepared for this, some people obviously saw me walk around with Lando through the paddock.

They probably saw pictures together, saw me sitting with him, being all cosy and mushy.

Because we were pretty affectionate when we were together. We never kept it a secret how we felt about each other.

Or how I felt about him, because he didn't feel a thing for me.
It was all a game for him, that's how it started after all.

A fake relationship. Guess that's exactly what it was for him.

"Yeah, did I meet you before?" She asked.

"I don't think so" I shook my head.

I dyed my hair blonde, my eyebrows were still dark, I trained every day during those 6 months.
I was fit, very fit.

"Anyways.." she said as she looked away. "There is Lando, I'll introduce you to him"

I nodded. "Okay"

"Don't be nervous, he's pretty fun once you get to know him" she nudged me and laughed.

Oh yeah he's definitely very fun. I know how fun he is. Especially when you completely trust him.

He will betray you when you turn your back.

Very fun indeed.

"Hi Lando" she said as we walked up to Lando, who was standing with his back to us. "Your new PR manager is here"

"Oh hi" He turned around, a smile on his face, that pretty smile quickly dropped when he looked at me. "Bonnie?"

"Oh you guys know each other already?" Mira frowned a little but shrugged it off pretty quickly. "Makes my job easier"

He didn't answer, he just looked at me. Stared at me, just like when we were standing in the elevator together when he read my Black Widow diary.

"Anyways Bonnie, if you have any questions, then come find me" she said as she looked at me. I nodded. "Thank you Mira"

I looked at him with a smile on my face. "Cat got your tongue, pretty boy?"

He chuckled a little, couldn't really tell if he was nervous or not.
He definitely was surprised to see me here, but I don't think he was scared.

Why wasn't he scared?

"You're my new PR manager, Bon?" He asked.

He still had to nerve to use that nickname on me.

"Yes, I'll be with you every single day" I smiled, leaning a bit closer. "Just like a cat and a little mouse"

He chuckled again, this time it was definitely a sarcastic chuckle.

"You were prettier with brown hair" he whispered before walking away.

This asshole, arrogant idiot.

I was so gonna kill him.
