Katniss' POV:

I couldn't wish for anything more. My life is wonderful. With two wonderful kids. With a supportive husband. Old, wise Haymitch. Colorful Effie.... Yes, I said Effie . She decided to move to District 12 after the war was over. She even married Haymitch. That couple is so odd... Anyways...

Peeta doesn't have flashbacks anymore. They wore off after about 3 years after the war.

It took Peeta years to convince me to have children. To be exact, 7 years. It took about a year for Peeta to come back to me. Our first child, Willow, is pretty much a spitting image of me. Well, except for her bright blue eyes that she gets from Peeta.

3 years after that, I found out that I was having another child, Rye. Rye has ashy blonde hair with big gray eyes. Both of our children are very athletic.

Willow is one of the strongest in her year. Rye is a bit stronger than her, though.

People in 12 know us and our children well. We are treated with respect. Rye and Willow are skilled at baking & hunting. Obviously!

Willow is a friendly, social butterfly who can demand anyone to get her what she wants. Not in a snotty way, she just knows how to use the 'puppy' effect.

Rye, on the other hand, has the whole school in the palm of his hands. He knows how give caring advice to anyone. Does that sound like someone you know? Thought so.

In a few weeks, on June 12th, Willow turns 17. Rye turned 13 last week on May 22. Usually, I would be scared to death about their ages. Perfect for being reaped for the Hunger Games. I don't worry about that now because the Hunger Games are over.

There is only a slight chance of there being another games. Peeta and I couldn't persuade Paylor to eliminate the games completely because the 4th quarter quell request is still available for use.

Peeta, Haymitch, and I have a meeting in 13 in a few days to find out if we are having the final games or not.

One thing comes to mind; 'May the odds ever be in your favor'.
