Felix and Demetri struggled to hold the thrashing Princess back. Her aged strength and fierce anger burned against them, causing the two to struggle.

"FATHER NO!!" She cried. "Please!" She begged her anger father.

Caius held the whip in hand, his eyes black from what he had heard. One of them. A child of the moon, had found his child. His only child. And mated with her. As if bringing any more shame to the man than his scars from their kind.

"Please, Giovanni ! Run! Fight back!!" Her please turned to her love, who laid chained to the tree accepting the punishment from her father. "Let him go!" She growled, turning to look Demetri in the eyes. "You're my friend! Stop this!" She pleaded. Her eyes holding tears that would never fall.

The prized guard gave a sorrowful expression. "I am sorry Princess. But my loyalty is to the Masters and law first." He confessed in a quiet tone, his hand squeezing to show his sympathy. He felt horrible that she had to witness such an act against her mate. By her own father none-less.

The whip swung back, and cracked in the air before colliding with Giovanni's back. His scream of agony caused Pricilla to screw her eyes shut and let her head hang low. The sound of the whip flying quicker, and striking harder continued. The sweet blood that flowed through his body that urged her to take a bite each time they were in the fire of passion, filled the air.

Finally when it was over. She was let go of. His cries had ceased , and she couldn't hear his heart beating as beautifully as it once did.

She crawled over to him, looking at the damage to his back. Her body aching along with his. "My love please. Do not leave me..." She begged in a broken whisper.

But she could not see that the angels had come down, and he was being dragged away to the eternal resting place destined for him.

He fought back, begging to return to her. But it was no use. The light consumed him, and he was no more.

Her beautiful face, he could no longer gaze upon.

Her laughter could no longer grace his ears.

Her touch could no longer cool his skin.

Her eyes would never look upon him again
