Sally looks at Sonic who was rocking in the corner muttering insane things. "Sonic.... What's happening to you why have you snapped like this?" She wondered and walked away. Once she returned to the castle something immediately felt off. She looked around as her heels clicks echoed in the empty hallways. "Hello? Abby? Rotor? Anyone?" She said as she continued to walk but saw something green glowing from the cracks of the throne room doors. Sally cautiously approached the door and the doors open as she got closer. When she enters her eyes widen and the doors shut and closed behind her. "No.... How are you here..." she said looking at Shadow who sat on Sonic's throne sipping a glass of wine. "Simple because my plans are working my fine queen." He said looking at the glass with the dark red liquid. "Plans?" She asked. "Yes plans. Driving sonic insane, making his people fear him and ridding loose ends so I may return to my throne." He smiled looking at her. "I will not allow this! GUARDS!!!!" She yelled but Shadow laughs evilly setting down the glass and stood up. "Oh my fair queen, you can call them all you want but they are now under our control~" he smiled. "Our? What the hell do you mean our?!" She demanded and suddenly was encased in a green orb. "HEY!" She hits the walls of the orb as it floats closer to shadow. "Come on out my love~" Shadow said and Sally's eyes widen seeing the god walk out of the shadows holding his glowing spear. "Enerjak.... How?! Sonic he..." "I am not that god. I possess his powers to serve and protect my loving king." His voice rung and his helmet disappeared making sally gasp. "Knuckles...... my chaos, Sonic was right you are alive...." She said. "Yes it is I queen sally." Knuckles said with a wicked smile. "How could betray us?! You were getting married to Amy!!!! You were getting—" "No where. I realize I served under you and sonic long enough. I was always left to the side while you both got the glory. The times I almost lost my life and had died for you therefore I no longer have the respect and love of friendship for you both anymore." Knuckles growled as the orb shrunk a bit making shadow smile. "Now you will transfer the power back to me and maybe we will spare your worthless life" shadow hissed. "I WILL NEVER GIVE THE CROWN TO YOU!!!" Sally yelled. "Knuckles" Shadow said and knuckles smiled and the staff glowed shrinking the orb a bit more. "ARGH!" She screamed. "I'll die before I give you the crown!!!" She yelled. "Then you shall get your wish once you give us the crown. Knuckles trance her." Shadow smiled and knuckles brings the orb to him then opens it and blows dust in her face while closing the orb. She coughs a bit and then her eyes glowed purple. "Perfect~"

Sonic mutters once more and his mind strangely starts to clear up and doesn't remember anything. "The hell? Why am I in here?" He wondered then the tv came on and saw the news. "I Queen Sally Acorn in the absence and insanity of my husband Sonic The Hedgehog. I renounce Shadows banishment and forfeit my crown to him." She announced and Sonic watched in horror as she crowned Shadow. "NO!" He yelled and a green glow formed behind him. He turns seeing Knuckles with an evil grin. "Knuckles.... What—ARGH!" Sonic falls to the ground seeing his leg bleeding. "Time to join your beloved Amy~" he smiled and Sonic looked into his eyes before everything went black. Knuckles smiled at the hero's dead body before he teleported back to shadow who was pleased with the hero's death. Sally walks in and got down on her knees ready for her execution which was quick and painless. Both of them were buried side by side and knuckles used his god powers to take over the minds of mobius kingdom along with the surrounding kingdoms. Shadow and Knuckles married not so long after and ruled with an iron fist and soon they went to the next step of their plan that worked.

The whole world was now completely under their control.
