Minji

Months have gone by and I am at the happiest point in my life. Being next to Hanni just seemed to be a damn dream, even after all this time.

"Where's your dream wedding?" I asked as a naked Hanni came to me as I was in the office of my home. "Many places really, but I have one that I've always dreamt of." She said as she sat down on my lap, arms wrapping around my neck as she pulled me into a tight and heartwarming hug.

"Which is?" I asked and she let out a giggle. "Out in the open, like connecting with nature." She said as she went into deep thought. "We'd really have to think about where to be exact." She said with a cute smile on her face but I couldn't help but just kiss her all over the face she was truly the cutest person ever!

And before I could let my hands slide between her sexy legs, the door was slam memes opened and I found myself trying to cover Hanni's body with my arms as my eyes widened seeing who was at the door.

"Never thought I'd find you fucking a whore." I gritted my teeth, watching her turn around to give Hanni some privacy to hide in the bathroom of my office. I didn't want Hanni to go because I was capable of right about doing anything right now.

Hanni took my suit jacket on her way to the bathroom, she closed the door, looking at me as if she knew exactly who this woman was. Her eyes looked at me with a hope that made my heart squeeze.

"Get out of my house! Who even let you in?" I asked irritatedly as I stood up, she turned around and looked at me with an offended look on her face. "Your brothers told me the passcode, so here I am. You can't even kick me out, I'm your mother." I let out a scoff.

"No, you're not my mother. So I suggest you leave me the hell alone." I said and she only shook her head at me. "I gave birth to you, you're my child. Either you like it or not." I let out a sigh, letting her explain her reasons for being here.

"I heard you're going to sell the company, is that true?" I held back an eye roll as I started to pace back and forth. Feeling anger boiling in my veins with the intention to hurt. "Yes, and why should that concern you?" I asked and she let out a shrug.

"You do remember you have brothers, right? You can just pass the company over to them." She shrugged her shoulders, looking at me with persuading eyes. "Give the company to one of your good-for-nothing sons? Count me the fuck out and leave." I said and she gave me the deadliest glare I've ever seen. "Don't insult them like that, you're acting like your father."

And at the mention of him, I slammed my hands on the desk, some things falling off and breaking. "Yeah, and that's thanks to you." I said sarcastically and she still had the mother fucking audacity to look confused.

"Don't give me that stupid look, it's your fault I'm like this!" I yelled and she froze on her spot. "You left me alone with him! You didn't take me with you after you promised me that you would. And I hate you for that." I said and she looked more shocked.

"I thought it was best for you to stay with him." I let out a dry chuckle as I looked at her with empty eyes. "Did you really think that? Or was it your only excuse to abandon me." I said and she let out a gasp.

"I took your brothers because I knew that my babies would be safe." She said and I snapped completely. "I was your baby too! I deserved a better life than the one I was given." I said through gritted teeth.

"You left me alone, dealing with a man who never saw me like his daughter. He only thought of me as an object, throwing and pushing me around to his liking until I became his exact replica." I said and she became quiet.

"You have nothing to say?" I asked and she looked away from me. "I really thought I was doing something good for you." I let out a scoff as I threw her a glare. "Good? You only thought of yourself and your two useless sons! I was the one left alone! You got to live a happy life. Everyone else did but me! Didn't you think of me?" I asked and she turned to look at me.

"You didn't call me, text me, or even ask for me. You only started to care once I was sat on that damn chair. And you know something, I'm doing so good without you in my life." I said and she looked a bit hurt, but I didn't have time to sympathize with the woman that left me all alone with a man she knew would destroy me.

"I found the woman I love, I have plans for my future by that woman's side, I have plans for kids and that's the exact reason why I'm selling the company. I'm going to settle down, and the company is only going to keep me away from my one day-to-be family." I said and she seemed surprised.

"I know, it's not so typical Kim behavior, but that woman you called whore is the woman that changed me for the better. She's giving me everything I was never given, and that's love. I love her, and I'd do anything to stay by her side." I said. "Which also means that I don't want to have you in my life. She's taught me that it's best to let go of the past and what's hurting me. So here I ask you kindly to stay away from me, and keep your ambitious sons away from me." I said and she wanted to argue and say something but I shook my head raising my hand up.

"You lost your chances with me, and I'm not going to let you be anywhere near me when I know it's not me you care about. It's the money." I said and she let out a scoff. "So, leave at your own will, or I'll have you kicked out against your will." I said grabbing my phone.

"Idiot!" She yelled before turning around and storming out of my office room. I let out a sigh as I held my chest. It felt so relieving but at the same time, it truly hurt a bit. I wouldn't have wanted this for us at all, maybe in some other universe there would've been one last chance.

Hanni opened the door, and I was met with her beautiful face that made me forget what I was feeling. "I'm sorry for what she called you." I said and she shrugged. "She didn't know who I was, it's okay. But you have some explaining to do." I furrowed my eyebrows and she let out a soft sigh as she came to me.

"You're going to sell the company?" She asked and I looked away." I want to build a log with you and never leave you alone. So selling the company and taking that weight off my shoulders would be the right thing to do." I said and she looked at me softly. But before she could say anything I spoke first.

"This is what I want, I want to live a life next to you, and live forever by your side."
