"can you let a man rest? after all these days of creating this vacation, I BARELY SLEPT" joão groans and covers his head with a pillow.

"well, that is true... BUT THIS TIME I ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING NICE FOR US." i say grabbing the pillow from his head, to later smacking him relentlessly.

i don't mean to be rude with him, its my way of showing my love towards him. he gets it of course, but maybe not right now..

"okay okay i'm up!!" he says while grabbing my wrists as he shows his messy hair all over his face, which i thought was kind of cute.

"well, good morning sleepy head." i say as he smiles and brings me in a hug.

"good morning amor" joão says muffled, as hes engulfed in our hug.

"what do you have for us today." he says calmly as he plays with my already styled hair.

what a sudden change of mood..

"oh, i thought we could board on a train i saw earlier today, maybe we can visit rome for a day or two?" i say while looking down at him, resting on my lap.

"i'd love that, have you already purchased the tickets?"

"yeah, i even got us a little hotel near the city center!!"

"okay well, let me go get ready and i'll pack some clothes for rome." he gets up, and pecks my lips as he vanishes into the bathroom.

i'm still smiling at his loving and kindess, but then some notifications interrupt my moment.
