a somewhat meaningless conversation at an airport coffee shop sparks the interest of a rising footballer.

calling estrella for 3 hours maybe helped me pack my things much slower, but her remarks were probably the funniest.
"gosh who even let you buy all those things! and of course its mainly food." stella jokingly sighs and throws her head on her desk while on facetime with flor.
"well i just love my peruvian food! they need to open up a store in barcelona so i don't need to do this everytime i visit." she argues back to stella, slightly chuckling at the girls dramatic actions.
"oh well." she then looks up to check the time and she gasps.
"OH MY GOODNESS IM ALMOST LATE FOR MY DATE!" she starts panicking and walks out of frame
"FOR A DATE??? WITH WHOOOO" i yell so she can hear me
"THIS ONE DUDE I MET AT MY PHOTOSHOOT! HE WAS A COLLEGE BUDDY AND HE ASKED ME OUT!" she squeals while coming back into frame
"which dress my lovely best friend" she smiles while showing an off the shoulder light pink dress in her left hand. and a yellow sundress on her right.
"hmmm i think the light pink one would look cuter! now go hurry up! i don't want you to be late." i say while shooing her off.
"okay bye thank you so much! i'll update you once i can!" she waves and blows a kiss, which i reciprocate.
she hangs up the call while i look around my hotel, seeing if i'm missing anything.
I begin to zip up my luggages. surprisingly it isn't as packed as stella said, and I go to the bathroom with my purse to put all of my skin care, hair care, and basic necessities in my bag.
after all of that hustle, i redo the bed and made sure i didn't forget anything. i put my airpods in my ears and i open the door and go to the elevator.

after saying my thank you's to the uber driver, i face up to the bustling airport. which many families have just arrived, to families who are leaving; like me. once getting inside, i snap a quick picture and i post it on my story.
