While Bill was showering, Mabel and Dipper grabbed their stuff and went to the attic. Nothing much had changed there which made both of them feel very nostalgic and at home. It looked exactly like they have left it the last time.

"What do you think about this?" Dipper asked his sister while he opened his backpack.

"I dunno. It is not what I have expected for this summer. Some monsters and other weird stuff def, but nothing like this."

"Yeah same. I dont trust anything that has happened and also not this therapist of his. He is too evil to be redeemed and I dont think it even works like that. Honestly, this sounds to good to be true. I want to talk to Ford desperatly. I want to know what made him agree to Mary.

"Sameeeee.", she let herself fall on the bed and sighted,"I wonder when we can talk to him in private, now that Bill has to be watched 24/7, you know? I dont think we will have any time with friends or be abel to just relax to be honest."

"Guess we'll have to take him everywhere with us. God, that sounds like hell. I will not take him to Wendy's friends. OH NO! I FORGOT!" Dipper screamed loudly.

"Huh, what did you forget? Your Plushie? Duuude, why do you always forget that at home?" Mabel asked. A memorie of Dipper telling her that she should remind him of his plushie Bob came into her mind. Bob was a little lamb plush that Dipper has gotten with the lamb costume when his parents had bought it. She had of course forgotten to remind him of it, but she also thougth that that wasnt her fault if he couldnt keep track of what he needed to pack for the vacation.

"Nooo, dont worry, Bob is right here", Dipper rummaged around in his backpack and got the furry thing out and showed Mabel, then continued screaming: "I FORGOT THAT WENDY WILL BE HERE ANY MINUTE!" He visibly started sweating. At exactly that moment the twins could hear the door to the gift shop opening and someone walking into the living room (You could hear every step that was taken in the whole house). The steps continued coming up the stairs, on their way to the bathroom where Ford was still camping infront of.

"This could be anyon-" Mabel tried to reassure Dipper. She was interrupted by Wendys voice that called first Dippers than Mabels name.

"Well shit." Mabel sighed.

"WHAT DO I DO? WENDY CANT FIND OUT ABOUT BILL BEING HERE!", Dipper shouted loud enough for the whole house to hear. He dumped the left things out of his bag onto the bed and ran downstairs. When he found Wendy she was talking to Ford. They just had some small talk, nothing to serious. When Wendy saw Dipper she stopped her conversation with Ford and asked:" I cant know that who is here?", she laughed. She really hadnt understood what name Dipper had called, so she continued:" Have you brougth your girlfriend or sum? Congrats Dude, finally." She shrugged and smiled at him. Dipper had thought he was completely over Wendy but seeing her again and as she gave him that warm smile he kinda got flustered. Wendy tried to ignore Dippers face color turning red but she realized instantly that Dipper had not gotten a girlfriend over the year.

"Uhhh no, not quite.", he went silent, trying to make up an excuse, "we have a guest here and I want to introduce him to you personally before you meet him for the first time." Ford gave him a thumbs up for this behind Wendys back.

"Okay cool. I cant stay long anyways, my dad needs me for something in the woods. But later this evening me and the gang wanna do something together. Do you and Mabel wanna come? You can bring this mysterious dude along if you wanna." Wendy said. She said "wanna" way to often for Fords liking.

"Yeah, we'd love too." Dipper replied, his heart rate cooling down a bit.

"Cool, we'll pick you up at seven! Ah, and here, you get you hat back." Wendy rummaged around in her own bag and pulled out Dippers cap. He had missed it. Over the year he has had Wendys bomber hat. For the winter it was the best thing, but now that it was summer he had dreaded his old cap back. He took it back gladly.

"Thanks. I'll bring yours later!"

"See ya", Wendy said, turned around and left again. Dipper just stood there watching after her. Ford got him out of his thoughts:" I wanna see how Bill behaves the rest of the day, Dipper. I am not sure if we can let him go with you yet. I doubt he really is a threat in that body but who knows what he is capable of."

"Do you really believe what that therapist has told us?" Dipper asked, his curiosity getting the best of him.

"I have no choice, Dipper. I do not want him here either but I will do anything to protect our family and this town and if that means helping the enemy to become a better being and not destroying the world again than I will take that chance. Do not worry, I will continue my research and I have reliable sources. I hope I can contact the oracle myself tonight."

Dipper remembered Fords journal entry about the Oracle. She was the one that installed the metal plate in Fords head so Bill wouldnt be able to enter his mind. She seemed to know a lot about Bill so Dipper hoped that Mary had said the turth.

"What did you see when you fainted? What exactly happened there?", Dipper asked his grunkle.

"I have seen the future, a terrible one-"

Just as Ford wanted to explain the bathroom door opened and Bill exited.
