Third person pov:
The two girls started to become closer after a week and became a friend group with Jiyoon and Koko.
It was lunch time and everyone ran out of class to the cafeteria like hungry wolves. As the group of four walked towards the cafeteria, Sarang was using her phone to look at social media, not looking at where she was going. Just as she was about to walk into one of the lockers, Jeemin quickly grabbed Sarang's waist and pulled her towards herself. She then nagged "yah! you should watch where you're going, you could've been hurt!" Feeling flustered by Jeemin's gesture, she quickly answered "o-o-oh araseo" while keeping her phone in her pocket. "What is this weird feeling? Nah it's probably nothing." Sarang thought to herself.
While eating, the girls chatted from topics like beauty products to their favourite foods. "Guys there's a new tteokbokki stall near my house and it's SO good. Y'all have to try it one day" Koko raved as they were all foodies and loved to eat and find good food. The others perked up immediately, eyes widening with interest. "Tteokbokki? Near your house? We definitely have to go!" Jiyoon chimed in like an excited puppy.
As their conversation shifted to their favourite food spots, the table was filled with laughter and banter. The warm bond between them was undeniable, built on having meals together and spontaneous plans.
The Next Day
Third person pov (Sarang's house) :
Sarang was about to go down to have breakfast after washing up when one of the house helpers approached her to give her something. "Here you go, this mail has your name on it." Sarang took the small and thin package from the helper and thanked her. Curious, she took a pair of scissors and opened it immediately to see what was in it. She knows she didn't order anything recently so she really wondered what it could be. The moment she pulled out what seemed to be some sort of printed photos, her eyes widened in disbelief at the sight of printed photos that were taken of her in school. She tried to think who could have done this, but no one comes to mind.
"Sarang unnie! Come and have breakfast!" Saebi screamed from downstairs. As much as Sarang was creeped out, she knew there was nothing she could do, at least for the moment. So she tried to brush it off and went on with her day.
Third person pov (school) :
"Okay class, your first assignment will be a paired project work. Your partner will be your desk mate and the deadline will be in a month's time. Please do your best and I look forward to everyone's final work. Good luck!" Mrs Kim announced before leaving the class. Jeemin being the hardworking one, first asked Sarang about when they should discuss their project. But of course Sarang being the lazy one, whined "could we just do it next week, we still have so much timeeee..." Sarang then laid her head on Jeemin's shoulder and whined again saying "pleaseeeee" while staring deeply into the black haired girl's eyes with desperation.
Jeemin found herself mesmerised by Sarang's captivating gaze. "Jeemin how about we meet at your house tomorrow to do our projects? We can quickly start on it and finish quickly so we won't have to worry about it next time. Tomorrow is the weekends anyways." Koko interrupted, breaking the subtle eye contact they were making. The twin sisters agreed so it left Sarang with no choice but to start on the project earlier too.
Jeemin's pov:
Jiyoon and I waited in the living room for Sarang and Koko to arrive. In about 5 minutes, Mai (Koko's sister) dropped Koko off and Sarang came in her chauffeur's car. "Jeemin ah, you can bring your friends to your room. Just make sure Jiyoon does her work." my mum said while warmly welcoming the two.
I dragged Sarang to our room while Jiyoon dragged Koko, and soon we started discussing our project assignment, spreading papers and laptops across the floor.
Ah... I hope our project goes smoothly.
