Penelope never thought she'd end up here. She in her Colleges play of Hamilton with the OG cast and the Founding Fathers watching her. Her Friends told her to calm down. How is she suppose to calm down?!
But wait.
How did she end up there in the first place?
Let me tell you.
Everything startet around 3 Months ago.
Penelope Pov.
" Alright that's it for today. See you all next week!"
I let out a sigh and crack my neck. My friend Isabel sprayed a bottle of water on her face and my other friend Ody had already grab our bags.
Oh Hi! I'm Penelope by the way! I'm 19 years old, i live in Virginia and my College is doing Hamilton as it's this years Theater play. FREAKING HAMILTON! It's cool right?
My Major classe is in Theater, but i also do History as a minor Studie. In History, we Reviewed the Revolutionary War and it's major players.
Like George Washington and Alexander Hamilton.
From the Founding Fathers, Alexander Hamilton was always my Favorite. I mean, he was the forgoten founding Father of America. Until Lin-Manuel Miranda made Hamilton and his Legacy was told.
Alexander was an Immigrant, just like me. He was from the Caribian, i'm from Greek. He had a difficult childhood, i had a some-what difficult childhood.
" Pens! You coming?" Ody called me from the exit. " I'm coming!"
Odysseus and Isabel are my childhood friends and cousins. Ody is named after the greek Hero 'Odysseus', just like i'm named after his Wife; 'Penelope'.
" Only three Months till premier. Are you nervous?" I asked my friends. " A bit. I mean, we're performing a top Broadway musical. With the Cast Watching! I'm scared we mess up!" exclaimed Isabel. I nodded at her statement. " Don't worry you two, we're going to be fine. With you as our Eliza Penny, you as our Angelica, me as Washington and our dear Peter as Hamilton, we will rock this Show!"
Peter is Ody's Best Friend and my study partner. He was suppose to walk with us home, but had a Doctors Apointment. My House wasn’t far from our College, so i could easily walk home. Ody and Isabel shared a House a few streets aways from me.
" That's my stop. See you guys on Monday!" I waved Goodbye at my two cousins and unlocked my front door.
Finaly home!
I threw my Bag on a nearby Chair and went to my room to feed my little pet Turtel Shelly.
