"I'm enrolled at forks highschool, with Bella" I explain. Jacob let out a low hum "would you be opposed to moving to my school the pack can take care of you, we can all hang out, it'll be fun!" He says convincingly "I just met you guys, here how about this, if i keep hanging out with you guys and I don't like my school in forks I'll come to school with you!" I say trying to make a deal with the werewolf "sounds great to me" he smirks "let's get back to the others"

"So how did it go!" Jared whistles, me and Jacob both laugh "she said no" Jacob explained, everyone's faces dropped "oh man I'm sorry Jacob" Embry said and everyone gave Jacob sorrowful looks "no it's not like that, she just wanted to get to know me first" Jacob explained. Everyone let out "Oohs" and "aahs" of understanding, except Bella, she got up out of her seat and started to walk off, immediately I feel terrible and try to go helps her, but I strong grip gets ahold of my wrist and prevents me from walking any further "hold on Dahlia, let me go and explain" Jacob exclaims "okay, it's best that you do it" I smile. Jacob goes off to go talk to Bella while I go and sit next to Paul "sup" he said smoothly as he ruffles up my hair "watch yourself" Sam scolds Paul "that's jacobs imprint you can't be acting like that, and you know it" he adds Paul let's out a sheepish smile and scoots a couple inches away from me. "Hey, don't be a stranger" I smile and move closer to him as a I rest my head on his shoulder "you've all been so welcoming to me, thank you" Sam let's out a satisfied sigh "your apart of the pack now, whether you like it or not" he smiles at me. I feel a warmth in my chest, this is my new found family even if we just met.

Bella quickly runs up to me and gives me a hug "I'm so happy for you Dahlia, and I'm rooting for you" she winks, I let out a laugh and take my head off of Paul's shoulder "you're acting like we just got married, the wolfs gotta prove himself to me first" I joke pointing at Jacob who has his jaw clenched and is looking in the direction beside me "You know you shouldn't have done that" he snarls in a low rough voice. I flick my head towards a frustrated Paul "uhm what's going on?" I ask. Embry quickly whispers in my ear "you were kinda cuddled up to Paul"

I get furious "are you serious Jacob" I ask, he quickly looks in my direction "stay out of this Dahlia it's not your fault" he says dismissing me and turning his head back to Paul, "oh give me a break. You dont own me, and for your information Paul moved away but I put my head on his shoulder" I say sounding aggravated. everyone decided it's their queue to leave. Jacob walks up to me "I'm sorry, but I don't think you understand, I've only recently phased so my senses and emotions are heightened, i know we just met but Dahlia, I imprinted on you. He explains giving me puppy eyes "i understand jacob and I'm trying to be open minded but I just met you" i explain sighing, he nods "you're right I'll try to keep my cool" I laugh rolling my eyes "you're so hard to stay angry at" Jacob grabs one of my hands, "can I take you somewhere?" He asks with a caring gaze. I nod my head and let out an "mhm"

I Guide her to my favourite spot, she struggled a little bit on the hike, I offered to carry her, but of course she sternly declined. Eventually we end up at a cliff top with an grass area surrounded by trees, it's looking out onto the ocean as the moon glistened onto the dark waves. Not to far from the cliffs ledge lay a log. "Here we are" I say pointing her to the area. Her eyes glistened against the stars and she smiled widely "okay wolf boy, got a few tricks up your sleeve" she laughs giving me a soft elbow to the arm. "What can i say" i reply

We sit on the log with about a hands distance between us, "Jacob, why me?" Dahlia asks as she slowly turns her head towards me, her eyebrows are turned upside and her long dark hair is flowing in the wind. I cant help but laugh at the question "are you kidding?" I ask. She scrunched her nose "nevermind it was a stupid question" she answers scoffing and looking down at her feet. Without thinking I take ahold
Of her chin and gently pull it back towards my face, making eye contact with her. "No no it wasn't stupid, I just can't see why I wouldn't" I explain, she sighs "once you get to know me you won't believe that anymore" she keeps her head towards me but her eyes trail down to the floor again. "You're not very good at holding eye contact" I say letting go of her chin, she laughs "guess I'm not used to it" I tilt my head slightly "why not?" I ask "I don't know, I'm pretty used to being by myself, I mean I'm not shy or anything I just didn't get along with a lot of the people back at my old school- sorry I'm rambling" she apologises , I quickly shake my head "no don't stop, I want to know more about you, I want to hear your voice" i exclaim "alright loverboy" she teases, i just laugh it off "so, what do you like to do?" I ask "uhm, the first things that come to mind... i love to sing and read and bake!" She smiles "how about you?" She asks "well, I like to run and jump and kill vampires" i tease "charming" she says sarcastically. I just sit there in awe of her
