Dahlia
We tiptoed through my house desperately attempting not to wake my father up, as I slowly opened my door, it made a long and loud creaking sound that made me cringe. With that we quickly rushed into my room and closed the door before my father could see us.
I leaned against the back of the door as I looked at my room, it was a mess. However Jake has already flopped down onto my bed and was holding his chest "that was close" he smirks "we're lucky" I said raising my eyebrows slowly making my way over to him on the bed.
He's sitting on the very edge as he leans his arms behind him on the mattress and I lay against my head rest with my legs up and crossed. Jacob looks around my room before laying eyes on my guitar "you have to play for me" he states looking back at me I immediately shake my head "you're joking?" I question, his faces falls "of course not" he replies as he gets up off of the mattress and walks over to the instrument that lay against my bookshelf "your rooms a mess" I scoff "yeah and the sky's blue" he quickly turns his head forgetting about the guitar and slowly makes his way towards me "I can't do this Dahlia" he snarls but it doesn't feel threatening. I fix my posture and sit up from the headrest I just slightly bite my lip "I'm not ready" He sighs "when will you be, what do I have to do." I slightly open my mouth and shift closer to him "I'm not.... good at this" I mumble.
He now moves closer to me so that our faces are inches from each other "anything you want, it's yours" I look up at him upturning my eyebrows "Jacob" he gently grabs a strand of my hair and brings it to his face "Da..hlia" he grunts with a look of agony on his face "do you promise.. to not- not hurt me?" I ask feeling vulnerable "I wouldn't dream of it" he whispers. I let out a shaky breath "okay... im yours" I exclaim as I put my forehead against his "no. Im yours, entirely, you're my imprint. I am hopelessly devoted to you, everything leads me to you, the blood in my veins, the howls I send to the moon each night, all of my ancestors standing behind me. It's in my dna. That's how this works Dahlia." Jake explains as he cups my face with his hand not so gently this time but instead passionately. I didn't have the words to reply to him so instead I just closed my eyes and waited for the inevitable.
Jacob
I focused completely on Dahlia. My fingertips softly brushing up her arm, occasionally turning into light scratching as my nails meet her skin. Until I crashed my lips against hers as they slowly, yet passionately kissed. It was intense, so intense that I felt like I could get lost in it, I refuse to let myself go to far.
Third person
Sighs and moans passed between their meeting lips, joining together into one sound within the kiss, Jacob having to fight to not lose himself completely within it, though, out of the two of them, it was Dahlia who was having a harder time of it; demonstrated by the whine of displeasure she released when Jacob pulled back for just a moment to catch his breath. "Stop." Jacob whispered in deep satisfaction, "you don't believe that" Dahlia complained "you said to you weren't ready to fully commit to us, so that's as far as I'll go, I don't want to rush into it to much" Jacob explained as much as he hated it, all he wanted to do was lean back into her soft lips that tasted of strawberry, or run his hands through her long dark hair but he knew he would never forgive himself if he caved. Dahlia on the other hand craved his touch, the countless walls she had put in front of her in a desperate attempt to protect herself had been demolished to dust, crushed under the warm touch of the wolf. However she knew that she neither wanted to rush into things "you're right" she says as she stood up and walked towards her window and opened it, Jacob frowned "don't be mad" he begs "I'm not" she answers sounding sure of herself, he growls "I told you I wasn't going to hurt you, and you're the one who has been so distant until now" Dahlia feels like she's just been punched in the stomach "get out" she snaps "wait I'm sorry- you know I didn't mean it- I just meant tha-" jacobs begins feeling immense guilt wash over him. Dahlia just stares at him with a blank expression on her face, Jacob sighs and climbs through the window "im going to make it up to you" he promises before jumping out the window.
Despite Dahlias fury as soon as he leaves her room she rushes towards the window and watches him run towards the woods as he fades into the same beast that escorted her home that night. However just as she was about to turn away she saw a figure in the corner of her eye. High in the tree tops was a woman, with firey red hair and an alluring presence, however her eyes, they were red.
Dahlia slammed the window shut and turned to face away from the window, her heart was pounding in her chest however she felt like it was in her throat and was about to come up any minute now, her head was thumping and she began to feel dizzy. She repeated the same words in her head over, and over, and over again.
"Please come back Jake"
