"Black shirt or the red one?" I ask Bella as I hold up a black lace babydoll top, and a long sleeve off the shoulder wooly red top. "Definitely the red" she replies decisively, I nod and begin to put the clothing on "what's the time?" I ask Bella out of curiosity "it's 3 o'clock" she says looking down at her phone "perfect! Just enough time to get ready, what are you going to wear?" I ask her, she lets out a hum and brings her finger to her chin "I'm really not sure, Edward is pretty old fashioned so he will probably go for something formal" she answers "well first of all we're just going to the theatre, and second of all of course he's old fashioned he's 117!" I laugh "oh shut up!" She banters "Look all I'm saying is he looks like he's constantly cold and dying" I explain with a cheeky grin on my face "and Jacob always looks angry or overheating!" She challenges back not being able to contain the smile on her face "I like my men hot and sweaty" I wink, she lets out a gag and we both laugh.

4:30pm

"Awh man am I nervous" I admit to Bella "don't worry it'll be enjoyable, for a while atleast" she replies not sounding to sure of herself "well atleast we look good" I smile.
I am wearing the red shirt with a pair of jeans and my converse, Bella is wearing a similar outfit except she has a huge coat wrapped around her "aren't you cold?" Bella asks looking concerned "not for long, remember super hot wolfy guy" reply with a hint of sarcasm in my voice "oh so you ARE going to be cuddled up to him" she giggles calling me out "maybe if I feel like it" I reply with wit

All of a sudden we heard a knock on the door "5:45 that's definitely Edward" I exclaim and Bella blushes slightly with a smile. We make our way down stairs and I let Bella open the door while I stand a couple feet away so the couple can have their moment. Edward is tall, with a chiseled face and nice teeth, but the thing that stood out to me most were his eyes, they were golden not red. Edward pulled Bella into a hug and as he did so he looked at me and we made eye contact stay out of my head I thought in my mind, he lets out a chuckle "alright my apologies" he says, Bella looks at us confused "what just happened?" She asks softly "your friend here catches on pretty quick" he smiles showing his fangs "your eyes, they're not red?" I state but in a tone that implied that I was asking a question "well I'm sure Bella has told you, but I don't eat human blood only animals, so my eyes come out this Color" he explains pointing at his eye "oh, cool, yeah it was the eyes that always freaked me out. Thank god you don't have those ugly things" I say blankly "Dahlia!" Bella scolds "sorry" I reply sheepishly rubbing the back of my neck "don't worry I don't blame you" Edward said graciously

I could tell the two needed there alone time so I decided to go back up to my room and make any finishing touches with my appearance. I tried to make myself look good tonight, it helps me feel better about myself even if im wearing a pretty basic outfit. After fixing my hair slightly I flop on my bed and check the time.

4:59

The clock strikes 5 and before I know it the door knocks once again "I've got it!" I yelled from upstairs and I hopped down the stairs two at a time, right before swinging the door open to see Jacob with his big friendly smile but piercing eyes, he was wearing jeans and a hoodie, charming. "Excuse me is a woman named Dahlia here?" He asks with a playful twinkle in his eyes "yes, we regret to inform you that she is no longer interested" I reply playing along "well you should tell her that if that's the case I'll never get to give her these flowers" he exclaims as he pulls out a large bouquet of orchids, I gasp and take the bouquet from him "my favourite! How did you know?" I ask beaming "it's my job to know" he replied "okay that was smooth" I admit before pulling him inside we all coincidentally end up in the kitchen standing around the island "so who's car should we take?" Bella asks "mine." Edward says sharply staring Jacob down "fine." Jacob snaps back glaring at him. I punch Jacob in the arm but unsurprisingly it hurts me more then him "fuck" I suck my teeth in as I bring my had to my chest, Jacob is immediately at my aid "oh crap I'm sorry Lia" he says grabbing my hand and rubbing my knuckles "I'm fine!" I lie and let go of his grip "let's go" I state, being the first one to walk out of the house as everyone chuckles at me.

We arrive at the theatre and have parked up a couple blocks away but the walk wasn't to long, however very awkward, me and Bella tried to get the two guys to get along but they weren't having a bar of it, instead Edward just held Bella's hand and focused on her, while Jacob just walked extremely closely behind me towering over my body, pretty intimidating to be honest. Nonetheless we line up at the ticket booth "so what should we watch?" I ask the three we all stare at the options on the screen above us "how about, Love spelled backwards is love?" Me and Edward say at the same time, I snap my head at him but to his surprise let out a friendly smile, Jacob moves even closer to me so that now my back is against his chest. "Face punch." Bella and Jacob say at the same time, we all giggle at the situation "face punch it is!" I announce and Edward agrees. With that being sorted we all make our way into the cinema and sit down with our popcorn.

Halfway through the movie I look over to my left to see Bella and Edward cuddled up, I then look to my right to see Jacob already looking down at me "are you even watching the movie?" I ask him "no" he replies with his eyes still locked in mine, he seems to be in a trance like state, I don't rebuttal and instead I lay my head onto his chest and he puts his arm around my shoulder "you're so warm" i whisper to him "only for you" he whispers back. My cheeks turn a dark scarlet and I shoved my head back into his chest dammit Jacob I think to myself, he just lets out a low chuckle

The movie ends and we all walk out of the cinema "I really don't feel good" Bella mumbles sounding queasy, Edward immediately is holding her in his arms "what's the matter? Are you okay?" He asks as he inspects her body "jeez Edward a bit excessive" Bella says feeling embarrassed, he puts her down and apologises "wait, actually... I think I'm gonna be sick" Bella exclaims before she runs into the bathroom, Edward attempts to follow her but I stop him "hey hey hey, I don't think so" I scold him "I'll go take care of her, I am her bestfriend" I tell him sternly, he just nods and waits outside of the door.

"Bella are you alright?" I ask her from outside of the stall, she opens the stall door, and I see her lying on the ground with vomit around her mouth "oh my gosh Bella" I exasperate as I grab some paper towels and start wiping her face "I'm sorry i wasnt there to hold your hair up" I apologise, she just shakes her head in reply "here" I say as I take my hair out of its ponytail and tie Bella's hair up into a messy bun "good as new, now I'll let Edward do the rest" I tell her as I assist her out of the bathroom. However the boys have other plans. I open the door to see the squaring up to eachother forehead to forehead "what did you just say to me." Jacob growls "you heard me" Edward snaps back "you're lucky we have a treaty" Jacob threatens. I immediately speed over there and Touch jacobs chest with my hand, the tension immediately leaves his body and he turns his head to look at me, however his body is still facing Edward "Jacob you're really hot, like more then usual" I say in concern he just grumbles something under his breathe "you need to calm down" I tell him softly, he slowly starts to breathe in and out and he eventually turns his body to face me "Edward we are gonna head home, Bella needs your help" I say Ponting to Bella, "alright thanks Dahlia" he says "have a nice night" I reply and smile as me and Jacob walk off.
