Princess Iris knelt on the ground, gasping for breath, her limbs trembling from exhaustion. her muscles burning from the relentless training session. she knew she was getting the result she wanted, Every movement she made during the session was faster, more precise, and stronger than before.

This was the path she had chosen, and though her heart obssesed with the desire for revenge against Shadow, she knew she was growing stronger.

Though the sky remained dark, signaling early mornin

Despite her exhaustion, she allowed a brief smile. The training was harsh, but it was necessary. Gula was not someone she trusted, but he was the one pushing her to new heights, and until she achieved the strength to kill Shadow, she wouldn't abandon him. Even if she hadn't sworn loyalty to Gula, she was bound to this path until she achieved her goal.

Gula observed her silently. "Well done, Princess Iris," he said finally. "But this is still far from enough to kill Shadow. Continue the procedure of your training on your own."

Iris nodded, lowering her head in acknowledgment. "Understood."

Gula gave a nod and turned, leaving the private training grounds. He moved quietly, unnoticed by the guards or attendants, his thoughts elsewhere. He sensed someone approaching and, without turning, called out.

"Hel." he said without looking back, sensing his presence.

Hel appeared behind him, walking a few paces behind. "Gula-sama," Hel began, he asked curiously. "Is Princess Iris really worth all this effort? Do you truly believe she can defeat Shadow?"

"No, she will not defeat him," Gula answered. "But her status as a Princess will be far more valuable than her strength. We've already planted the report that the Cult does not exist, that it was merely a fabrication to cover up the crimes of Shadow Garden, correct?"

Hel nodded. "Yes, it's already in motion."

"With her royal standing, Princess Iris becomes a key figure. We can leverage her influence. if there are those who won't believe the report and investigate further, Our organization might come to light so...We will direct their suspicions toward Shadow Garden. They will take the blame, and we will remain in the shadows," Gula explained.

Hel tilted his head. "And what of those loyal to Princess Iris? Will they not resist?"

Gula smirked. "Those who follow her will see her actions as righteous. They will think she is doing what's best for the kingdom, making them easier to manipulate. In time, her influence will be a tool we can wield as we please."

"A clever move." Hel replied. "I also want to report that the development of the Dragon poison has been progressing smoothly since Agirni took charge."

Gula nodded. "Good. Let's check on the development of the artifacts."

..

Inside the research facility, Sherry Barnett stood by a glowing table, examining the details of the first artifact being developed.

A left-arm knight's armor, capable of absorbing large amounts of magic and transferring it to its user and also to give magic to anyone. The armor glows dimly in the dark, a powerful tool in the making, yet still incomplete.

As Gula and Hel entered, Sherry straightened and bowed deeply. "Gula-sama, Hel-sama," she greeted them. "This artifact still has significant flaws, but my team and I are working tirelessly to perfect it. Rest assured, we will meet your expectations."
