Chapter 12

The second half of the performance amazed Jisung. He could only imagine what he missed during the first half by how good the rest was.

At the end was when each of the dance groups were brought out an introduced and got to say a few words. Yeji was the spokesperson for hers as the captain.

All of her performances were at the top of Jisung's list, if he were to rank them.

Afterward they had to wait for the masses of people to leave the auditorium since they were farthest from the doors and the doors nearest to their seating were for emergencies only.

Once they were finally out, they had find their way to where Jisung had accidentally found himself earlier. Jisung would have gladly lead the way, but he had no idea how he go to or from that bathroom if he was completely honest.

They got there through the two fully functioning brains that were Seungmin and Chan. Felix and Jisung mindlessly followed their leads.

Once they had found where the dancers were, they had to look for Yeji's dressing room. It had the name of the all girl group performance she had been apart of. Once they found that, they knocked and informed whoever answered that they were there for Yeji whenever they would be able to chat with her.

It took some time as all the dancers were changing back into their street clothes and cleaning up the room.

While they had waited, many dancers had passed by them on their ways to and from their own dressing rooms. One of them, was of course, Minho. He made eye contact with Jisung for a second before they had flicked to Seungmin, whose gaze he held for much longer as he passed.

Finally, all the girls had left except for Yeji who invited her guests inside.

"Seungmin! Oh my gosh it is so great to see you!" she yelled.

The two hugged.

"I'm surprised your brother isn't here to congratulate you," he commented before they parted.

"He sent a text with a bouquet of rose emojis and said he would see me at home," she informed him, pulling up the text to show him.

"He probably prepared something huge for you at home," Seungmin said.

"Yeah, I thought it was out I character. Anyway, why don't you introduce me?" she looked at the other three that were in the room.

"Oh yea. This is Jisung, Felix, and Chan. They're my friends."

"Hi! It's so great to meet you. We should have brought you flowers!" Felix said looking at a bouquet on one of the vanities.

"Oh thats okay!"

"You were AMAZING by the way," Chan cut in. "I mean you are really really good. I wouldn't be surprised if you become famous."

Yeji laughed in surprise by the compliment.

"Thank you so much! Wow, I was not expecting such a big compliment!"

The three of them continued to chat as Jisung looked on, before he noticed Seungmin's absence.

He slowly wandered to the doorway and looked to his left, seeing a few people pass by in the connecting hallway. The he looked left to where the other dressing rooms were. That's where he found him.

Down the hall a ways was Seungmin and Minho. Talking. They were smiling. Minho even grabbed Seungmin's hand and held it as they talked more.

Jisung couldn't hear what they were saying, just a few of their giggles that floated his way.

Then their talking mellowed, and they stepped closer, eyes closing and allowed their foreheads to touch gently.

They seemed to whisper a few words to each other before parting and starting to say their goodbyes.

Jisung hurried to pull his top half back into the dressing room and join in the conversation like he never left.

That intimate moment he saw the two have felt like something he shouldn't have seen. It made him wonder even more what had happened between Seungmin and that friend group that he had left. Had the two actually dated? Did the other friends do something to him? Did he make Minho choose between him and the friends?

His mind was already creating a backstory with the very little information he had to go off of. Then another question entered his mind.

Did Seungmin have lingering feelings for Minho?
