Kael

"...and that's how our great LUMINARI ancestors submerged the Obsidian Order into nothing but dust and ashes, also a bad memory". She spoke to the young Luminari kids that patiently absorbed the information of their horrifically beautiful past.

Her voice always carries that softness that melts my heart, each and every time. Does she never run out of sweetness? It's a question that I always ponder upon but never get the answer to.

I guess it must be very strange to even think of something like this, for a normal being, at least.

I sat a distance from her under a huge tree, the weather complementing the sun's bright light. It's almost the end of spring and all the flowers have bloomed across the Moonlit Gardens of the Vespera.

Whilst I was still admiring my Moon, my Luna, she dispersed the students she was teaching History to and started to walk away. A part of me asked me to follow her, another asked me to go back and perform my duty towards the throne.

I decided to stay... with her.

"Hey, Moon..." I shouted while sitting under the tree "Do you have time, I have something really important to discuss" I lied. I mean I do have something really crucial to talk to her about, but it will rather make her worry. And my moon shall not worry.

I saw her furrowing, but she came to me anyways.

"DON'T YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO TRESPASS THE LUMINARI BORDERS" She whispered/ screamed at me.

"I don't think there are any such rules that prohibits any class from 'trespassing' another class's border... remember we live in harmony". I justified my answer while also mocking her tone. I was genuinely amused seeing her flushed face.

"Yes, yes I know that there are no such laws. I was talking about You. YOU are not allowed to come in here". She says, giving specific force on you.

"No moon, Kael was prohibited from entering the Luminari provinces. An Alpha can rather not be ordered or prohibited, to do or perform or abide by any law, and that is what I am, an Alpha. Do you understand it?" I spoke with the voice of an Alpha and not the Kael she knows or craves.

I know her, she was taken back by words, she never fell short of words even while debating with the highest noble debaters, but me.

"Well..." her lack of words make her cuter than she already is. My cutest Moon. "...that is right, I see. So what was 'something really important' that you wanted to discuss". She finally said.

I want to hug her... I don't know why that wild thought just suddenly creeped into my mind.

"You see... I want to take you somewhere. Maybe a library at my palace, or yours or even at the banks of Lilia River." I spoke and broke eye contact with her for the first time in this conversation.

She didn't answer. But her face said it all. I read faces well... very well. Redness crept all over her pale cheeks. But I couldn't decipher whether it was from my proposal or the fear she has.

I feared she might say no, (even though she badly craves me, and wants to say a freaking Yes!!!).

"I know you like the tranquility of Lilia's wind and the scent of your favorite flowers, lilies. Also, you seem distressed and i have some job to do their... So do you wanna accompany me?" I blabbered all of that at once. O don't want her to deny.

"Are you... perhaps asking me on a date?" She asked with a confirming tone. I recognised the worry etched on her face.

"Umm... Yes I indeed am asking you on for a date; I guessed you were free and would love a company" She giggled.

She giggled. She giggled. SHE GIGGLED!!! Oh god. I don't know when was the last time I saw her laughing like that. She's so cute.

"Is that a yes?" I asked her and her smile on her face flew away, a poker face replaced her joyously pretty face.

"No" She turned away with a single word.

I tried a few steps forward to stop her from going but she rather stopped me.

"Do not try to convince me. I said what I said. I don't change my answers and opinions. And you know it better" She knows me well. Very well. Indeed.

"Moon" I said at a higher tone "You look extremely gorgeous today, sorry I didn't complimented earlier" I remarked as her shoulders moved. I know she giggled again. I made her giggle twice in less than 15 minutes. I must be a green flag man all women craves to have.
