THIRD PERSON

"what are you doing? shouldn't you be eating?" tsukishima asked y/n, snacking on a bag of chips as he watched her pile sheets in homework on her desk.

with a pencil gritted between her teeth, she takes it into her hand and stares tsukishima down, "hello? homework rep?" and then she points to herself, "me?"

the glassed boy looks at the pencil she's holding, covered in shallow bite mark, "oh right." chuckling to himself before tossing another chip into his mouth. "shouldn't you be studying for our quiz instead? we can't have you failing out of school now." he blurts.

offendedly slamming her hands on the table, the thud makes tsukishima jump, "and what makes you think i didn't study, tsukishima?" she tilts her head, gritting her teeth.

"cause you're y/n?" he says that like it's obvious.

an exaggerated and wide smile meets the girls lips, "well this time i've decided to be a good student and actually study for a change? proud of me."

tsukishima cocks on eyebrow, "no, not really."

he has no faith in her, and y/n shakes her head, focusing instead on the giant clutter on her table,"i've already counted how many times, i swear somebody didn't submit their homework." her head falls to the table in defeat.

"must be you." tsukishima remarks.

perking her head up, she looks at the blonde, deadpan, "ha ha, very funny."

from the table he's sat on, tsukishima reaches over to the desk behind him and takes a notebook. then, he tears off a piece, "here, u can keep track with this." he offers y/n.

y/n looks at it, awkwardly taking it, "...thanks."

"glad to be a help. now if you'll excuse me i have something to attend to." tsukishma hops off his table, adjusting his black jacket.

"going to the cafeteria? so maybe you'll finally have some meat in your bones?" she comments as she writes, looking down at the paper.

"does only shit come out of that mouth?" tsukishima murmurs to himself, before exiting the classroom, giving her one last dirty look through the window.

her paper quickly fills up with names. turning behind to grab the notebook, she opens it to get another page.

and she doesn't mean it, but she does catch glimpses of the random math equations inside. however, the cute drawings of a stickman with glasses and headphones, along hearts around it were not unnoticed.

god, who's notebook is this? she thinks to herself, before turning behind and tearing off one more page.

as y/n does her own duties, the students come back in the class with 15 minutes to spare. with a quiz starting soon, everyone was scrambling to do some last minute revision.

however, the girl seated behind tsukki was seeming to have some trouble.

"where is it?" she whispered to herself in the middle of mathematics. lifting up her pencil case to see if it was hiding there, it wasn't. no sign of it in her bag or under her desk.
