a lot of the time, people promise you things, but often times don't mean what they say.it had been a few days since that incident in the locker room, and reina was zoning out during class. that's when she recalled.
math equations presented to her, but right now she was thinking about a brown haired boy in his hoodie and his weird request.
"alright class that is all. everyone dismissed!" the teacher called out, making her perk up her head.
reina packed up her bag and carried it over her shoulder, walking past the girl who sat in front of her, y/n, who she swore gave a judgy look towards her.
it bothered her, how she was still so well acquainted with the one boy she had her eyes on.
stomping her feet with every step, she went down the staircase and quickly made a beeline for the school exit.
everyday, she would make a turn to the right and walk about 5 minutes to get to her house as she lived close-by.
making that turn, she was suddenly met with the eyes of a vaguely familiar boy.
"hi reina." oikawa greeted, giving her a relieved smile.
the girl in the uniform stepped back, almost tripping, "w-what? u-uh, what are you doing here?" she stuttered, nervously looking around to see if anyone else was watching.
oikawa saw her expression, finding it endearing, "i came to find you."
reina awkwardly adjusted her bag strap, seeing his rather calm expression, "but why?" she asked, even though she already knew why.
oikawa sighed, before walking behind and leading the way, "you know why. come on let's go."
reina had no idea what plan he had up his sleeve.

this wasn't what she expected with oikawa.
she expected something like running to catch a bus, then chasing after the two of them and then blackmailing them with it after.
but that wasn't the case.
instead, they were strolling around down in a rather serene place. a street filled with blossomed trees and a stone brick pathway, with shophouses and food stalls.
"why did you take me to sendai street? aren't we supposed to be spying on them or something?" reina asked oikawa, and when she turned to him she realised that wasn't the objective for today.
the pretty boy laughed amusedly, peering at her rather impatient frown, "no, that's not what we're here for."
reina bit her lip, if they weren't gonna do that then she would rather take the train home.
"tell me about yourself." he effused.
"is that why you brought me here today? to go on a date with me?" reina accused, her tone very different from the boy on her right.
oikawa was taken aback, "no, not a date. if we're gonna work together, then i need to know you first, right?" he asked, awaiting for an answer.
"i'm not here to get to know you." reina said coldly, turning away from him.
oikawa wasn't used to girls treating him like, he wasn't sure if he liked it or not.
"well i am, so while you're here you better say something." he finally stated, purposely putting on a stern tone and causing reina to finally drop her attitude.
