New school year begin, Kelly turned 18 and gained her new popularity as a cheerleader and a part time job in fashion merchandising from her beauty network. Scarlet graduated a year prior and started her own career as a DJ. She visits Kelly occasionally in school.

The night buzzed with post-party energy as Kelly, Scarlet, and their friends spilled out of the concert hall. The air was thick with the echo of laughter and the lingering melody of music. As they walked, Sarah bumped into a girl from her class, Tiffany, who stopped them with a sneer.

"Well, well, well, look who it is," Tiffany drawled, her eyes scanning the group. "Hanging out with the loser squad now, Sarah? Did they finally accept you after you ditched them for the popular crowd?"

Sarah bristled, but before she could retort, Jax stepped forward, his voice firm. "Actually, Tiffany, we're all friends here. For your information, only losers go out by themselves, so shouldn't you reconsider the one you're in now?"

The rest of the group chimed in, their voices a chorus of support. "Yeah, Tiffany, maybe you should get to know them before judging," chimed in Jessica, one of Kelly's closest friends.

Suddenly, Scarlet, who had been observing the exchange with a cool amusement, sauntered towards Tiffany. Her movements were fluid, almost predatory, as she cornered the surprised girl against the wall.

"Tiffany, darling" Scarlet's voice was low, laced with a dangerous edge. "Is it Kelly you're jealous of? Or maybe me?"

Tiffany stammered, caught off guard by Scarlet's boldness. "Wh-what are you talking about? I'm not jealous! Why would I be?"

"Because you couldn't pull off someone like either of us." Scarlet leaned in closer, her eyes glinting with a playful challenge. "Or why else is the hostility, sweetheart? Perhaps you're just upset you can't snag the hot from someone else."

A blush crept up Tiffany's neck, and she mumbled something incoherent before scurrying away.

Kelly watched the scene unfold with a mixture of amusement and admiration. "Wow, Scarlet," she breathed, "you sure know how to light a fire under someone, and I mean literally anyone. Can you see that girl, she almost panic, well, you know which kind i'm taling about."

Scarlet winked. "Well, someone's gotta stand up for their friends, right?"

The entire group erupted in laughter, the tension dissipating like smoke.

Kelly, still chuckling, nudged Scarlet with her elbow. "Alright, mastermind, spill it. How do we make our grand exit from this charade? I mean it's been a year, and people still eating up that we're in love. Is there like a brilliant idea to shut it down forever?"

Scarlet, a mischievous glint in her eyes, leaned in conspiratorially. "We would need something dramatic, something they won't see coming. Think... public declaration of undying hatred, and we'll pull each other's hair dramatically."

Kelly burst out laughing, the sound echoing through the street. "Oh, Scarlet, you devil! Imagine the look on their faces? They'd be speechless."

"Speechless and heartbroken," Scarlet added with a wink. "The perfect blend of drama and pity."

Suddenly, a mischievous idea sparked in Kelly's eyes. "Wait, I have an even better one. We stage a fight, a real tearful, hair-ripping fight, but then... we kiss and make up. Right in front of them."

Scarlet's eyes widened. "Now that's genius! They'll never know what hit them."

The two friends shared a conspiratorial grin, the thrill of their plan already coursing through them. As they continued walking, their laughter filled the air, a stark contrast to the facade they were about to unveil. The "pathetic losers" were in for a show they wouldn't soon forget.
