“ Nandini come with me. We are going to prepare all the things for Pooja. In between I'll drop you at your house,so that you can get ready for Pooja.” Neyonika said coming in room
Nandini first looked at Neyonika then at Manik who with eyes said no. So she said looking at Neyonika “Aunty I have to get manu ready so you guys go and prepare everything. I'll join you guys there in a while.”
“ Arey Rishabh will get manu ready, you don't have to worry about her. She is a good girl who will get ready on her own. Right Mannat?.” Neyonika ask
Mannat nodded and said “ Yes I can get ready on my own. Mamma you go with aunty while I'll come with uncle and mamu.”
“ Shut up manu, I know how you get ready. So don't speak in between.” Nandini scolds her.
They both glare at each other, making Manik shake his head. He knows why they are giving eachother cold shoulder because they both are jealous of each other. Mannat thinks he loves Nandini more than her. That's why he dances with her in the rain when he informs her that they are going to have ice cream and Nandini thinks he's doing everything for her because mannat asks him to do. He is stuck in between his two insecure babies and he doesn't know how to deal with them without hurting them. He sighs and Heard Arnav
“ Aunty please understand bunny doesn't want to leave her babies here aloneeeee” Arnav said hinting Neyonika about Manik. Nandini embarrassingly bites her lips looking down while Manik stretches his neck.
“ Ohhhhhh okay I got it. Okay Nandini comes with Manik and Mannat. I'll ask Rishu to send your clothes here.” Neyonika said with a chuckle , seeing Manan's flushed face.
“ No maa, their clothes are here. You take Rishu with you. He will help you there. We will come in an hour.” Manik said hurriedly, earning a chuckle from Neyonika and Arnav.
“ Aunty come let's go. They already have their plans fixed.” Arnav said teasingly.
Neyonika chuckle and left with Arnav
To hide her embarrassment, Nandini said to Manik “ Manik go and get changed till I'll take your clothes out. You have manu clothes?.”
Manik nodded, so she continued “ then tell me where they are so that I'll get her ready.”
“ I'll get ready on my own.” Mannat said with grumpy face
“ Shut up manu. I know how well you get ready.” Nandini replied, glaring at her while she glared back.
“ Okay guys times up. Why are you guys giving eachother cold shoulder?” Manik looks at them while they look away.
He sighs and says “ Cutie, last night when we were having icecream rain started and we drench in rain. We didn't plan on drenching baba. So stop behaving like a brat and you Mother Teresa whatever I had done for you is only because I wanted to do, not because someone asked me to do. I'm a master of my own self. So please stop getting jealous of your own daughter for god sake” Manik said, breaking ice between them.
He chuckled seeing their flushed face of getting caught while they both look at each other and both said simultaneously “ uncle I want to watch cartoons”
“ Manik, I think you should take a bath. I'll prepare everything for you inside.”
Manik laughs out embarrassing them while they run away in opposite directions.
