'What??'

'Yeah. I felt it wouldn't look nice if I don't invite him as he wished me and gave me that necklace.'

Jungkook let out a frustrated sigh. 'But but-

'Don't you trust me?'

'Huh? Of course I trust you baby! It's just that.... I don't want him around us. He exudes bad energy.'

Yunhee laughed at him. 'Just ignore babe.'

'Yeah, you're right.' He breathed out.

'Alright, I'm hanging up. See you soon. I love you.'

'I love you more'.

Time Skip

Yunhee donned her strappy heels and made her way downstairs, where Jungkook awaited her. Her mother gave a dramatic gasp upon seeing her. 'Oh my angel! You look gorgeous!'

She giggled. 'Thank you mom! Where is Jin?'

'He said he'll join you guys after finishing his work.'

'Ohh. I wish you could come. We'll miss you!' With a pout, Yunhee replied.

'I really want to, sweetie, but you know your aunty. She'll be very upset if no one shows up at the airport to pick her up.'

'Yeah, right! Your sister is one hell of a drama queen!' Yunhee sighed and raised her brows mockingly.

'Yaaah don't say that!' Her mother smacked her back. 'Now go!' Jungkook is waiting for you!

Yunhee's POV

My eyes were glued to him. How is it humanly possible to look so good? My insides tingled more the longer I saw him. His skinny black jeans had me questioning my morals and sanity. I wanted to jump on him, the minute I climbed in the car. I did, however, hold back because our friends were at the resort waiting for us.

We were going to spend the night at a resort celebrating my birthday. I still had no idea what they had planned or why we had to stay there. But I hoped it was worth it.

I invited a few of my close friends from school and colleagues. It wasn't going to be a big party, but it would definitely be something we could all enjoy and help to make the day special.

We eventually arrived. My eyes gawked at the gorgeous ambience as soon as I entered the resort.
