"Hey Jennifer, I hope you don't mind me stealing him for a moment." Erin interrupting the twos conversation.

"Um, we're kind of in the middle of something." Jennifer expressing attitude towards her.

"Sorry Jens, but I'm needed somewhere else. We can continue the conversation later." Josh patting Jennifer on the shoulder before walking off with Erin.

His arm going around Erin's shoulder. Him whispering something into her ear.

"That fucking bitch." Jennifer releasing under her breath.

"You need to get over him. You can do so much better than that." Jocelyn walked up to her, holding a drink. Kalani following behind.

"What did you just say to me?"

"Let's not say-" Kalani getting cut off.

"I mean, look at him. He's in a friend's with benefits, and he's dancing with her like they are more than friends." She pointed to the two dancing together.

Jennifer's mouth tensing up as she watched them dance. She immediately smacked Jocelyn's drink out of her hand before walking away.

Kalanis eyes widening, she stood there unsure of what to do.

"Are you fucking kidding me. You got it all over my shoes!" Jocelyn following behind.

"You guys, don't fight!" Kalani running after them.

Erin's eyes widening, "wow, did you see that."

"See what?"

"Your girlfriend and her friends getting into an argument once again."

Josh sighing, "she's not my girlfriend."

"I don't know, you two looked really cozy over there." Erin teasing.

"I was just being nice. As I usually do with her."

"Could have fooled me."

"You talking like that would make me think you're jealous."

Erin looking to him surprised, "hey, don't get ahead of yourself."

"Don't worry, I know how you really feel about me now." Josh began to joke.

"Says the guy who asked for this arrangement first. I always knew you had a thing for me."

"That was only because you kissed me. Which is why things led to one another."

"Wait wait, you're the one that gave me mixed signals. You kept making flirtatious jokes to me. You were eyeing me like crazy."

"You were doing the same thing."

"Ok, so it's all my doing. Got it." A laugh slipping through.

"I suppose it's both of ours." Josh's hand slowly tucking her hair behind her ear.

"I see this is one of your tricks. Need to invest in some new ones."

"It's not a trick. I just wanted to see your face more clearly."

Erin stopping in her words. The two of them staring into one another's eyes. Neither of them saying anything.
