"My mom kept talking about how you should come over. She wants to cook for you, and have you take some food back home." Said June. Him and Kevin were walking, making their way to the exit.

"She's always trying to stuff me with food." Kevin joked.

"At least you know you're eating good, so come over on the weekend."

"Ok ok, Tell your mom that I will."

"Good, and then you can help me watch my brothers."

Kevin letting out a small laugh, "Ok, sounds like the usual for me then."

"Sorry, I just hate having to watch those little devious twins. Make me want to pull my hair out. You're lucky you don't got any."

Kevin nodding. "And I will always be thankful."

The two of them finally making it outside.

"Anyways, I should let you head home. Don't wanna make you miss the bus. Tell your dad I said hi."

"I will, see you tomorrow." Kevin waved, walking down towards the front gate.

He checked his phone looking at the time. A text coming in from his dad.

'Are you heading home?'

Kevin letting out a sigh, 'yes, about to take the bus.' Putting his phone back away and continuing his walk to the bus stop, waiting for it to arrive.

Some time went by in the day, dinner time now arriving. The Cafeteria ladies handing out food, and the students grabbing it to sit.

"hey sexy, how was your soccer meet?" Erin walking behind Perla, twirling her somewhat damped hair as she passed behind her. Before taking a seat next to Perla.

"it was fine, tired to be honest. I tried to shower quickly before dinner."

"Well you smell ravishing, so it worked." Erin jokingly blowing a kiss.

"I still want to talk about earlier. Don't think I didn't forget."

"About what?" Erin looking to her confused on what she was talking about.

"About you going to meet Josh again. And doing you know what."

"Oh yeah, we didn't end up doing anything really. We got interrupted." She said while eating her food.

Perla immediately letting out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness. I hate it when you go and do this kind of stuff with him."

"He actually told me to head to his dorm tonight."

Perla quickly looking to her, "You're not gonna go right?"

A smile appearing onto Erin's face as she went for another bite of her food.

"You're unbelievable" Perla's disappointment being shown as she goes back to eating.

"What, you shouldn't be so shocked."

"ok." Perla said bluntly.

Erin looking to her confused. "What, are you mad at me?"

Perla looking to her with concern. "I just don't like the idea that you're in a friends with benefits. I've hated it when you first told me and I hate it now. These types of things don't turn out good."

"I'm fine alright. Him and I are on the same page. We don't want to be anything more than just being friends but with a little exception."

"If you say so." Perla says with a smile.

"You're so sweet for worrying about me. That's why I love you so much." Erin said while hugging her.

"What you guys talking about?" Josh butting in, placing his plate down and sitting across from them. Brandon, and Junior taking a seat as well.
