Life at Savor & Spice returned to its normal rhythm.

With the crisis behind them, the office was buzzing with its usual activities, meetings, product launches, and department updates.

Yet, there was something, or rather someone, that Seungcheol couldn't get off his mind; Yoon Jeonghan.

The CEO found himself once again slipping into his old habits, subtly, or not so subtly simping over Jeonghan at every opportunity.

Whenever Jeonghan walked by, Seungcheol would suddenly need to talk to him about some minor work-related matter, just so he could catch a glimpse of him, exchange a few words, or, on the best days, earn one of Jeonghan's rare, radiant smiles.

But there was a problem.

As much as Seungcheol wanted to follow Jeonghan around like a lovesick puppy, he was still the CEO of a multi-million-dollar company.

He couldn't afford to linger near Jeonghan's office or spend hours finding excuses to be near him.

Meetings, investor calls, and decision-making responsibilities pulled him away constantly.

And whenever Seungcheol had to go hours without seeing Jeonghan, he found himself growing restless, missing the warmth of his presence.

One day, Jihoon caught Seungcheol staring out of his office window, his gaze fixated on the HR department's floor below.

The CEO had just returned from a grueling meeting, but instead of diving back into work, his thoughts seemed to have drifted far away.

"Are you sighing again?"

Jihoon asked, leaning against the doorframe with a knowing smirk.

Seungcheol snapped out of his daze and turned to Jihoon.

"What? No. I wasn't sighing."

Jihoon's grin widened as he walked into the office, his arms crossed.

"You're not exactly subtle, you know. You've been following Jeonghan hyung around the office like a lost puppy."

"I'm not -"

Seungcheol started to protest, but Jihoon cut him off.

"You totally are."

Jihoon sat down in one of the chairs across from Seungcheol's desk, shaking his head in amusement.

"You think no one's noticed? Please, the entire office knows. It's only a matter of time before Jeonghan hyung does too."

Seungcheol groaned, slumping into his chair.

"I can't help it, okay? He's just so different. I don't even know why I feel this way, but when I don't see him for hours, I start missing him. It's ridiculous, isn't it?"
