With Her

Brown eyes meet with brown eyes. Hers narrowing and His are smiling. He looks really satisfied with the final look of his NH Bank Ads. They captured what he wanted when they asked him to pitch his idea. He asked them to make his female lead builds like Hyeyoon, complete with style and her accessories. He looks at the girl beside him, she pouted her pink lips, seems like asking him to kiss her.

"Why don't you just ask me to shoot the ads with you?" she asked pointedly while chewing on her mango.

Wooseok rolled his eyes. "As if you'd want to do it with me."

She just grinned and gave him a peck on his dimpled cheek. "If I knew they were only going to shoot my hand and my back, of course I'd do it."

"Tsk, too late!" he grumbled and she laughed, scratching hongshi's back.

Seeing her smile, Wooseok shook his head. He knew she liked to keep her private life closed off. She became an actress because she loves acting, not for the popularity. She loves to act, showing that she can take on any role. She doesn't do her work for fame or luxury; she does it because she loves what she does—acting.

She never feels left behind or bitter about Wooseok's popularity. Hyeyoon fully supports him. In all the choices he makes, she stands by him. She'll sit with him and discuss what he should do next. She offers advice, like when she suggests that if he's still struggling to let go of his role as Sunjae, it might be best for him to focus on something else for the time being. She's aware of all his ad deals and always encourages him, even when he has to be away for long periods due to his ad shoots.

He knows she misses him, but she's too stubborn to say it to him. Wooseok also knows that Hyeyoon loves him, though she never says it or whispers it, but he feels it. Her love for him, is tangible, like the air he breathes. Every small thing she did for him, her welcoming hugs every time he came to see her, her small kisses on his cheek or lips, holding his hand on their night drive, sending him and his staff food when they had a long night at the studio or kissing his palm when she knows he's tired.

Hyeyoon is a wise woman for him, even though she's younger. As he once said, he is a fool. Wooseok needs Hyeyoon by his side to hold his hand and guide him in making the best decisions for his career and future.

She shows him the way, and that's why he loves her so much. She gives so freely and never takes for herself.
