STANDING AT AIDEN'S LOCKER, Mikayla patiently listened to the blond male conversing about something that he founded very important yet it made her mind wander somewhere else.
"What about these?" Aiden was scrolling through two identical photos of himself that he captured, posing with his luxurious car. The only difference between the two photos was in one picture, he sported in blue top and the other was a green top.
"Hmm, I like the green top more."
He nodded, pulling the screen from her gaze to admire his handsome self. "Yeah, I'm so. . ."
"Alluring?" Mikayla finished off his sentence, guessing that was the word he was looking for.
"Alluring. . .that doesn't sound good," Before she could clarify what she meant, Aiden proceeded to delete the photos from his phone. "So, are you gonna go to Kayvon's party tonight?"
She softly nodded. "Yeah, I might." Excited that she'll be attending her first party although, she wasn't exactly sure how she was gonna sneak out.
Her response made Aiden's lips curled up into a flirtatious smile, a look that had the power to turn anyone into a frenzy. "Good, cause if you're not there, I'm not gonna bother to show up. And don't worry, I'll make you have the best time of your life there."
Aiden's reassure made her felt some kind of relief, hanging out with Aiden all night should be fun. She briefly glanced over her shoulder and saw Benj entering his classroom down the hall with three of his friends. Catching Benj's gaze, she shot him a small smile which he returned.
Though, she broke out of her trance when she heard the lunch bell rang, reminding students that it was time to return to class. "So, I'll see you at the party?" She asked the blond before her.
Aiden was more focused on touching up his golden locks by staring at his reflection through the small mirror he hung up on his locker. "Yeah, pretty much."
