The golden hues of the late afternoon sun streamed into Taehyung’s chamber, painting the walls in a warm, soft light. He stood by the window, lost in thought, gazing out at the palace gardens, though his mind was far from the beautiful scenery. His heart was heavy, conflicted by the events of the past few days. His father, King Seonho, had apologized, but the years of neglect and torment were not so easily forgiven. The weight of his responsibilities in Honseong seemed unbearable, especially as his thoughts constantly drifted to Jungkook.

Just then, the door to his chamber creaked open, and Namjoon, Taehyung’s sworn brother and the King of Euphoria, stepped inside. His presence was always calming, a grounding force in Taehyung's chaotic world. Namjoon approached quietly, his expression serious yet kind.

"You’ve been distant," Namjoon said, his voice gentle. "I know things with your father are... complicated. But I think it’s time we talked about your future."

Taehyung sighed, running a hand through his hair. "My future feels uncertain, Hyung. There’s so much weighing on me here. Father’s apology, the mess with Jiyeon—it’s like every corner of this place is filled with memories of pain."

Namjoon nodded, understanding. "And that’s why I came to talk to you. I think it’s time for you to consider leaving Honseong behind."

Taehyung looked at him, surprised. "Leave?"

"Come with me to Euphoria," Namjoon said, his voice steady but filled with a quiet intensity. "This place has wronged you too many times, Taehyung. You’ve suffered here more than anyone should have to. In Euphoria, you can start over. You can live freely, without the burdens of your past."

Taehyung’s heart skipped a beat at Namjoon’s words. He had never seriously considered leaving Honseong, despite the pain it had caused him. The kingdom was his home—or at least, it was supposed to be. But the thought of leaving, of starting anew somewhere else, was tempting. And then, there was Jungkook.

Namjoon stepped closer, his expression softening as he placed a hand on Taehyung’s shoulder. "You and Jungkook can be together in Euphoria," he said quietly. "You can marry him, Taehyung. You can live the life you’ve always wanted."

Taehyung’s breath hitched at the mention of Jungkook. His lover—his sweet, beautiful Jungkook—who had stood by his side through everything. The thought of marrying him, of finally being free to love him without fear l filled Taehyung’s heart with a warmth he hadn’t felt in a long time.

"But… can it really happen?" Taehyung whispered, his voice laced with uncertainty. "Marrying Jungkook… living happily… will he marry me?"

Namjoon smiled, his eyes filled with understanding. "Yes, it can. Euphoria is different, Taehyung. There, love isn’t bound by the rules and restrictions of kingdoms like Honseong.  Seokjin and I have built Euphoria to be a place where everyone can live and not just survive "
Taehyung’s heart raced at the thought. A life with Jungkook,to the image of Jungkook—his gentle eyes, his soft smile. Jungkook, who had always been there for him, who had given him love and comfort in the darkest of times. The idea of being able to cherish him, to marry him and live as he wanted, was everything Taehyung had dreamed of a family with his cute fluffy bunny and his future generations.

"What about Honseong?" Taehyung asked, though his resolve was already crumbling. "I’m still a prince here…"

"You’re more than just a prince," Namjoon said firmly. "You’re a person who deserves to be happy. And Honseong has done nothing but bring you pain. I won’t tell you to abandon your responsibilities, but I will tell you that your happiness should come first. You’ve given enough to this kingdom. Now, it’s time to give something to yourself."
