CREATURES OF SONARIA: COLLAPSING LANDS.

Chapter 4: The Royal Celebration.

The fog began to clear, Blackend, Rocky, and Atasi following each other as they walked through the fog. "I can't see a thing!" Atasi shouted, holding onto a talon on Blackends foot, he smiled and picked her up in his mouth, to ensure her safety. "It's okay Atasi." He said, soothing the small Minawii and noticing her smile.

They continued to walk, as they went further in the fog, they realized it was slowly going away. A cold feeling went up the creatures bodies, as they realized they now stood on snow. " We made it, the Tundra!" Rocky shouted, jumping up and down in excitement and pride, as the floor vibrated. "Okay! Keep it down!" Blackend said, trying to calm him down. The Minawii wiggled free of Blackends mouth and jumped as well, shouting with him, "WE DID IT YAYYY!" She squealed. Blackend sighed, knowing they weren't listening. They walked, Rocky and Atasi eventually stopping. As they walked, they saw small creatures run out of most directions, Puffwumps and Eulopiis being easily spotted by Blackend. They all ran the same direction, suspicion forming on Rocky and Blackends face. They stopped, and heard a noise, a metal noise. It's sounded of steel, metal, and they could tell it was a large creature. Suddenly, a sword was seen.

"Stop right there! Intruders!" He said, climbing up the small hill and stopping in front of the 3 creatures, sword in the ground while glaring at them.

It was an Empiterium, he looked alert.

"Is this?.." Blackend said, not finishing his scentence. "Yep, that is Empiterium. Royal protector and servant of Erridea." Rocky finished for Blackend, looking at Empiterium. "That's right. I shall protect my queen with my life! Now who are you guys and how dare you step foot on our snow!" He shouted, suddenly coughing and shaking his head. "We came to speak with Erridea. An incident happened." Rocky said, stepping forward. "Well she and I are busy. We are already having a celebration going on. The Sonarian Celebration! Although I have never been one for parties.. I focused on my only duty, which is to protect my lovely and righteous queen!" Empiterium said, raising his head high. "Can we go there?" Blackend questioned, lowering his head to look at Empiterium more clearly and closely. Suddenly, a creature landed. She was beautiful. They could tell it was Erridea.

"Now now my love it's quite alright! Do let them in!" Erridea said, rubbing her face gently against Empiterium's neck, who's tail was moving side to side in the snow, he smiled and snuggled his head on hers. "Yes my queen!" He said happily, standing in a protective stance. Erridea walked to the 3 and smiled in a welcoming way. "Oh how nice it is to meet you! It is always so nice to have visitors here!" She looked down with s shocked expression, seeing the Minawii as she continued, "A MINAWII? AWWW.. I HAVE SEEN ONE IN SO LONG. And this place used to be so full of them.." She said, her eyes gleaming. "Hello!! Your pretty!!" Atasi said happily, jumping to Erridea who caught the Minawii in her hands. "Hello! Aren't you just a cute little thing." She chuckled, giving the Minawii little kisses on its head. "Her name is Atasi." Blackend said, bowing down to Erridea, lowering himself down to the floor. She stood back and held the Minawii tight, seeing how large Blackend was. "My I thought.. I thought you guys were gone for good. I've never seen a Korathos." She said, worried that it might hurt her. Empiterium noticed her worry, and kept resisting his instincts to attack Blackend. "That's a relief." Erridea said, setting the Minawii down. "How do you know this Minawii?" She finished, turning her head and cleaning her wings. "He saved me! I was being attacked by evil evil Saikaries that wanted to eat me!" Atasi said in a panicing way, Erridea gasping. "Oh you poor thing! I am so sorry! I'm glad this Korathos saved you.. Korathos saving creatures is something that has never happened before." She said, patting the Minawii.

"And who might this big Kendyll be?" Erridea asked, looking at him with interest. "Oh my names Rocky. I'm their new friend." Rocky said, bowing down to her as she smiled. "Nice to meet you! Now come along! We shall have a feast of nice and fine dining! Berries and meat and fruit, everything on the continent!" She smiled, shuffling her wings and turning around before walking as the 3 followed. "Are you okay my queen?!" Empiterium said worryingly, looking around her as she smiled. "Oh I'm alright! Don't you worry my dear." She said, patting his side gently as he looked at her in awe.
