Izuku's Pov

After i saw hawks in the entry way i yell out "HAWKS?!" he turned around quick, i knew i probably scared him but he scared me aswell. i thought some intruder was in the house! "Whats wrong feather?" hawks asked me "I thought you were some stranger breaking in! Do you know what time it is!?" i knew i was acting like a parent. but it just felt right

"Yeah i do- its like 2:30am" he answered me "Why are you up and out in your hero suit at 2:30 in the morning!?" it was super early and he can easily mess up his sleeping schedule coming home at odd hours like this "I was getting debriefed and i had to do some paper work- why is this a big deal?"

I took a deep breath. maybe this isnt a big deal...maybe im just over thinking all this crap....but... maybe not.."B-Because! what if you were a robber?! i can defend myself!, but if i always think its you- what if like- someone comes to kill me!? o-or you pass out before you get home!" i knew i was rambling but he had to get my point

"Okay, okay calm down. i understand" i heard him say, so i tried to. i took a few deep breaths and i set the metal pan down "And i think you can take care of yourself just fine. you would have knocked me out with that" he said with a small bit of ammusement in his voice. i smile a bit

"But seriously. talk to the- or whoever your boss is and fix your time! i do not wanna hear you come into this apartment at almost three in the morning!" he chuckled when i said that then said "Okay Mom" i smiled a little bit more with that. "And with that.." i yawn "Im going back to bed" i turn to go figure out what rooms is mine in the dark when i heard a faint "Good night mom"

I chuckled, then went to find my room. when i found it, i went in closed the door then laid in my bed..."I think im going to like it here.."

Yay!!! i finished this chapter!!

(Edited - Im going to take a break from writing a bit! so so sorry but ive been neglecting my mental health and stuff and im not doing so well right now! hope yall can forgive me!
