Once they both were aware of where they were going for breakfast Ginny was waiting in the main foyer with the Floo Fireplaces and Theo turned to her.

"So, did you know Draco is gay. I have a feeling he has a thing for Potter. I always found Draco's obsession with outdoing the guy a bit ..... much." He said it conversationally but that was one hell of a bombarda to the head.

"Did he tell you he was gay?" she asked still processing the idea the Malfoy heir was actually into other boys.

"No, course not. Purebloods don't advertise those things about themselves. Besides his father would have killed him or disowned him and just tried again for another heir." Theo waved off.

Well, that was a lot to unpack, was Theo trying to garner some kind of sympathy on his friends behalf. It was easy to forget who Theo had hung around at school when it was just them in Paris, the reminder was there now though. Or was he trying to give her a glimpse into his own life as the son of a death eater by using another's tragic story?

"Then how do you know?"

"I lived with him for almost seven years at school, you pick on things but, I guess I could be wrong." He mused, shrugging a shoulder, he had never asked but considering he was to married off like Draco and took the chance to taste the world of sex beforehand and Draco didn't. He hadn't even showed interest in a witch that he wasn't potentially going to marry. "Do you think if he is, Potter is the type to reciprocate?" He added with a slight gleam of amusement to his eye.

"Are you asking me if I think Harry is gay?" He nodded, she thought about it. He had only dated girls in the past, though admittedly he did sometime say strange things. Notice when a guy looked fit or some such small things. Then there was the night they had gone out to a bar before he left for school. Harry was drunk, very drunk and when the alcohol had seemed to stop him from thinking he had danced a bit close to some guy who was leering at him.

Harry had not minded by the grin on his face. At the time Ginny had thought that Harry mistook the man for a woman but he was a rather muscular man with short hair. It would be hard to mistake.

"He might, though fully into men might be stretching it. Probably just likes the person not what equipment they come with." She told him

"Ah so like Blaise, that one I know for sure, asked me if I was interested once and shocked the shit out of me. I don't have a problem with it, whatever feels right you know but, he's a mate."

"I guess, I had never really thought about it before." She wondered if Hermione was aware of Zabini and his penchant for both of the sexes.

"Although from the letter I got from Pansy their might be something brewing she said to give them the royal suit. So I did."

"What's significant about that?"

"Pansy, Blaise and Miss Granger-"Ginny snorted.

"Hermione!"

"Yes, they will all have rooms to themselves but Potter will be 'given' the royal chambers where the fifth bedroom is connected for Draco. Draco will get the meaning but if anything does happen they will be in the best position for it." Theo told her, "Though I don't think Draco knows Pansy has involved herself and I'm fairly sure Potter and Draco were the only ones truly shocked by my presence."

"Why wasn't Malfoy aware of you being here?" she asked.

"I might have told him I was going to live with my gran, on my mums side... And I was going to but, when I got here she had passed away. I didn't even know she had died three years ago. It did give me the push I needed to head the house though, for the better or worse that's done."

"Don't be silly you've done some pretty amazing things since the war. I'd say that's something to be proud of." She said thinking about all the things he had told her and the little things that she had seen for herself. Theo looked a bit shocked at her words.

While she had never been mean she did tend to use a bit of sarcasm to dull those moments when things started to get personal. A way to stop things from getting intimate.

She was sure if she broke that rule it would be the end of any control she had on herself when she found herself in an intimate situation with Theo.

He smiled a shy smirk to himself "Thanks, it means more than I thought hearing that from you." He said to her meeting her eye as he said it.

She could see something there, she wanted to know what it was that she saw shining in his eyes when he spoke to her this way. She thought she did know what it was.

Just then the others came through the door way and she hoped Harry and Hermione wouldn't notice the blush on her face from the intensity of that look. Thankfully, they both seemed distracted by their own Slytherins.

The way Harry was looking at Malfoy she saw it then, there was that look.

So similar to the way Theo looked at her.

Warmth pooled in her guts and they fluttered at the idea, she admonished herself, she barely knew Theo. It must just be a physical attraction, that's it, her body was just responding to an attractive man who was.... Who seemed to be attracted to her.

This thought didn't stop the smile on her own face from hearing Theo tell her that her opinion was important to him.

Theo was still staring at Ginny when the rest of the group showed up. The soft smile and flush of her cheeks had his heart stuttering.

Ginny squinted at him accusingly and Theo couldn't help the grin that spread across his face.

"So where are we going?" Harry said as he got close to them. Ginny went to stand with Hermione and Parkinson of all people. She had seen with Theo that Slytherins weren't all that bad but seeing Hermione chummy with Parkinson was weird.

No weirder she supposed than seeing Harry and Draco get into the Floo together and them smiling at each other like idiots, as Draco wrapped his arms around Harry and sent them off to the place they were eating at.

She spent the morning watching Harry and Draco, she might have realized that Slytherins weren't as bad as she thought before but Malfoy was something else. A miniature Lucius, that was what was usually said.

The thing was when she watched them, all she saw was happiness. They were flirting with each other instead of throwing insults. They were always touching in some way and close to each other, if they did separate for something they quickly gravitated back to each other.

She thought about anyway that this could be a ploy but Harry seemed just like she had left him. His makeover having given him a confidence boost and a sense of identity that was his own. All things she knew he was lacking in his life.

At first when Harry had told her how he felt about being compared to his parents all the time it had crushed her. She had put so much time into herself to be ready for Harry, she had dated other people to see if it was a passing fancy. She had figured out her own style and what she was comfortable in and she had matured from the 11 year old that wrote bad poetry to her crush.

All for it to crash in anticlimactic stall because he couldn't get past the fact she looked like his mum, a bit. Although it was more like she would be his sister when she looked at the photos that people often compared them to. It sucked and it sucked because it was true.

Putting into consideration that they had grown up together like siblings and Harry saw all of her family as family regardless of their relationship status. It was just too close to implied incest for her after that too. So a brother he had become and a brother he would stay.

As Harry was like family, there was only one thing left for her to do to make sure Draco understood his place. So she grabbed Hermione while Harry spoke with Pansy about something of a Malfoy nature and went to speak with Draco for herself. She wanted to see if Malfoys new found kindness extended to people he wasn't actively trying to get into their pants.
