Chapter 10: Revival

"You look like you really wanna kill me..." Sukuna says, sitting on a throne of bones and skulls. "Great job, would you like a cookie?" Yuji says, in a very 'I'm extremely pissed off tone.' there's even a vein growing on his forehead, Yuji is mad as hell. "What's with the attitude?" Sukuna says. "Hm y'know I'm wondering about that myself, maybe it's cuz you freaking killed me!" Sukuna scoffs, "Your welcome for fixing your arm." He says sarcastically. "Should I also thank you for ripping out my goddamned heart!?" Yuji replies, getting angrier. "Is this the hell? Heaven? Purgatory?" Yuji asks, picking up one of the skulls. "Cuz I'll be damned if I have to spend the afterlife with someone like you!!!" Yuji throws the skull at Sukuna with all his strength. Sukuna easily dodges this but then notices Yuji climbing the giant rib cage that makes up this domain. "Better grit your teeth!!" Yuji says with an angry smile, readying a punch. "Unnecessary." Sukuna replies, getting ready to fight. Yuji unleashes a barrage of punches at Sukuna, which he either easily dodges or easily blocks, that is until Yuji throws a fake out punch and instead goes for Sukuna's footing. "(Huh, impressive.)" Sukuna thinks. "Psych!" Yuji says throwing a high kick which Sukuna easily dodges. "Huh?" Yuji says shocked. "Pathetic." Sukuna says before kicking Itadori off one of the ribs before jumping down himself to stomp Itadori into the liquid covering the ground.

Sukuna then plops right down on Yuji's back, much to his discomfort. "This world isn't what you think it is." Sukuna says. "We are in my innate domain." Yuji, maneuvering his head out of the liquid so that he doesn't drown thinks to himself, "(Hey... Fushiguro mentioned something about that I'm pretty sure...)" Sukuna thinks to himself how much of an idiot Yuji is before continuing to speak. "You can think of it as being... "Inside" my heart... In other words, were not dead yet." 

"And... if you accept my conditions... I'll fix your heart and revive you." Sukuna says. "Well, well, well, all the talk but your just as scared of dying as anyone else." Yuji taunts. "The game has changed... soon we'll see something very interesting." Sukuna says, ignoring Yuji and thinking of Megumi. "I have two conditions." Sukuna says lifting two of his fingers. "1, you agree to let me take over your body for one full minute the second I chant "enchain." And 2, You will forget all about this agreement." Yuji has a look of disgust on his face, surprised that Sukuna would even think to ask him that. "Are you kidding me? Did you think I would say yes to that? I'm not really sure what your after but it sounds fishy. However, I do know one thing for sure, and it's that your evil and I'm never letting you take over my body ever again." Yuji says. Sukuna groans in annoyance. "What if I promise not to harm or kill anyone during that one minute? Will you agree to that?" Sukuna says. "Like I'd actually believe a word that comes out of your mouth!" Yuji replies. "It doesn't matter whether you believe me or not! This is a binding vow; I'll be punished if I break it." Sukuna says. "There are consequences for being greedy, you of all people should know." Sukuna says recounting the time Yuji tried to use him before

"It was fine before!" Yuji says recounting the time when he first ate the finger and Sukuna took over.

"I wanted to change back then too. You did as you were told by that Jujutsu Sorcerer." Sukuna replies. "A binding vow is based on mutual interests. It's very important in the world of Jujutsu." Yuji sighs. "Fine. I'll accept or whatever, now get offa me!" Sukuna happily obliges. 

"I don't know what you're after... but if it means I can come back... I can't die right now..." Sukuna's eyebrow raises.

"Oh? Is that fierce girl? Kugisaki?" Sukuna asks

"Shut up!!" Yuji says blushing. "Y-Your not wrong but... it's more than just that..." Yuji says looking down.

"Eh, I couldn't care less. now about the binding-" Suddenly Sukuna is sucker punched in the face by Yuji with so much force it sends him flying. 

"Like I'd actually agree to any dumb deal you suggest!" Yuji says. "Your gonna revive me without any conditions, after all you did kill me, it's the least you could do." Sukuna sighs and then smirks, "How about this, we fight to the death, if you win, I revive you for free, if I win, I revive you with the conditions of the binding vow." Sukuna suggests.

"Now you're talking!" Yuji says, getting in a fighting stance. "I'm so gonna enjoy kicking your-" Suddenly Yuji's head is cut off by Sukuna using his technique. 

-Jujutsu High, The Infirmary-

"Y'know, I have a lousy personality..." Gojo says, leaning back in a chair as Ijichi stands next to him. 

"I know." Ijichi responds. 

"Ijichi, prepare yourself for a serious face slap. I won't forget." Gojo replies, lifting a hand that sorta frightens Ijichi, as well as getting a face slap from Gojo. 

"I'm just not the teacher type if were bein honest, so why would a person like me even be at this place?" Gojo says expecting a "Why?" but doesn't get one. 

"Ijichi, ask me why." Gojo finally says. 

"Why...?" Ijichi says, sighing. 

"It's cuz I have a dream." Gojo says 

"A dream?" Ijichi says.

"Yup, as they made it clear with Yuji, The Higher Ups are all pieces of trash. Selfish idiots, bloodline idiots, proud idiots, the point is there all idiotic." Gojo replies. "But I'm gonna, no I will reset this crappy jujutsu world!" Gojo then raises his hand. "Sure, I could just go kill them all, but they would just be replaced, and nothing would change... besides people don't really approve of massacres anyways... Which is why I'm turning to education... I need strong and intelligent allies; I need to foster them!" Gojo says, thinking of all of his students. "To that end, it'll come to a point where they'll take on my missions, they gotta learn somehow." Gojo says. 

"(Are you sure you're not just lazy?)" Ijichi thinks 

"All of them are great, Especially Hakari and Yuta... They'll be as good as me someday..." Gojo then clenched his fist in anger. "Yuji was no exception..." Yuji had really grown on the sorcerer in the few days they knew each other, which is surprising, Gojo may act childish and dumb, but he knows how horrible jujutsu society is. Her should have expected death for his students, but alas, he had hope. 

"Hey, you guys. I'm gonna start. You just gonna sit there and watch?" Shoko says right as Yuji sits up. "Holy crap! I'm naked!" Yuji says. Ijichi was shocked. "G-G-G-GOJO!!! H-H-HE'S ALIVE!!" 

"heheheh shut up Ijichi..." Gojo say. holding his head in his hand, chuckling. 

"Huh, too bad." Shoko said, lowering her mask. 

"Um... this is really embarrassing... who are you...?" Yuji says, a little confused. 

"Yuji!" Gojo said, walking up to Yuji. "Welcome back buddy!" 

"Glad to be back!" Yuji said. Gojo and Yuji then high five. Later, Gojo and Shoko were walking through the halls of Jujutsu High. 

"Oh yeah, I have to change Itadori's report now." Shoko says.

"Nope, leave it at is." Gojo replied. "Before he's ever targeted again, I'd like to give Yuji some basic training. Please keep his as deceased in the report." 

"Hm?" Shoko says. "Then Itadori will have to go into hiding for good." 

"Nah, I'll have him ready in time for the goodwill event." Gojo replies.

"Why?" Shoko asks

"Easy, I refuse to keep this kid from living the best years of his life." Gojo answers. "And not just him, but everyone."
