Prime Minister's Office
10 Downing Street, London
5th September 1996

To Professor Albus Dumbledore,
Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Professor Dumbledore,

Your request has been reviewed, and after considerable deliberation (and no small amount of bewilderment), I have been persuaded to grant your unusual proposal. The individual you seek is indeed under Her Majesty's employ, though his work is classified far above even the most clandestine of our operations.

His name is Sebastian Snape-a decorated investigator with the Metropolitan Police's Specialist Crime Directorate, though his talents are often... *repurposed*... for matters of national security. His record speaks for itself: dismantled syndicates, exposed traitors, and a rather creative approach to problem-solving that I suspect even your kind might find impressive.

Mr. Snape has agreed to meet with your representative, though he insisted on two conditions:
1. Full transparency regarding the risks involved.
2. A guarantee that no "enchanted trinkets" will alter his memory or autonomy post-operation.

He will arrive at the designated location (see enclosed coordinates) at midnight on the 10th of September. Do ensure your associates refrain from startling him with any sudden displays of magic. He dislikes dramatics.

Yours,
The Prime Minister

*P.S. The owl you sent has taken a liking to my deputy's toupee. Kindly recall it at your earliest convenience.*

Upon reading the letter, Dumbledore's brow furrowed, and he felt a jolt of surprise.

"Snape?" he murmured to himself, the name resonating with an unsettling familiarity. Snape was not a common surname. Could this man somehow be related to Severus?

He pondered the implications of this connection. Severus had always kept his family background close to his chest, but now a possibility emerged that could change everything.

With newfound determination, Dumbledore prepared to delve deeper into this mystery. He had to learn more about Sebastian Snape and his potential ties to Severus, for the implications of this revelation could be far-reaching in their battle against Voldemort.

It was late in the evening when Severus Snape made his way to Dumbledore's office, his black cloak sweeping behind him as he ascended the spiraling staircase. He wasn't accustomed to being called to Dumbledore's office without explanation, and the air of mystery surrounding the meeting left him on edge.

Severus was sure Dumbledore had called him to discuss about the recent decision the Order had made to involve some muggle spy to help them strategize , off course Severus didn't get a say in this rediculous decision. He was going to make sure he can talk to Dumbledore to put an end to this shenanigans .

As he entered, Dumbledore was seated behind his desk, his piercing blue eyes unusually contemplative. He gestured for Severus to sit.

"Good evening, Severus," Dumbledore said softly, his eyes holding a strange twinkle that never seemed to have left his eyes , Severus let out an annoyed sigh.

Severus nodded curtly, taking a seat across from him. "What is this about, Headmaster?"

Dumbledore leaned forward slightly, folding his hands together. "I've called you here to ask about your family."
