You'd had a really really shit day at college today and you just wanted to curl up in a ball and cry your eyes out until you were numb.

You walked home in the pouring rain even though Rena had texted you multiple times asking if she could come pick you up but you just replied with, "No, I'm walking with a friend today xox"

You had days like this and this was probably the first day Rena will have seen you like this, because you move in with each other just over 2 weeks ago.

You arrived to your shared apartment and dumped your bag in the hallway, kicking your shoes of and going to walk upstairs.

"Aren't you going to say hi?" Rena smiled as she caught your arm. "Hey" You said rather abruptly, causing Rena's eyebrows to furrow.

"What's up?" Her voice changed to a sad tone, obviously worrying about you.

"Nothing" you snapped at her and ran up the stairs to your shared bedroom.

You locked the door and put your iPod on the docking station you had, pressing play on the song "Terrible Things" by Mayday Parade.

You curled up in the corner, tears streaming down your face, horrible thoughts running through your mind.

"Rena never really likes you..."

"She's feeling sorry for you..."

"You're so stupid..."

"You can't tell her anything..."

"She will hate you more after this..."

"JUST STOP!" You screamed, louder than the music.

Every sound possible was falling Into your ears, the excessive banging on the door getting louder.

Rena finally kicked the door down, running over to you in the corner.

"Gemma! Tell me what's wrong, please!" Rena shouted over the loud music as you shook your head no.

"GEMMA! TELL ME! PLEASE.." She begged, a year falling down her face to see you like this.

"I HAVE BIPOLAR AND NOW YOU WILL HATE ME FOR NEVER TELLING YOU AFTER 7 MONTHS OF ME DATING YOU! YOULL HATE ME ANYWAY FOR BEING A FUCK UP!" You took a big breath after screaming in her face, making her pause in disbelief.

She walked over to the iPod and turned the music off, shuffling back over to you, taking a seat in front of you, pulling you into her lap.

"Listen Gemma, I will never, ever, ever hate you. You're the love of my life and nothing you do, say or have will stop my love for you. I will alway me here for you, always know that." She whispered.

You looked into her eyes as she kissed you, her smooth lips and her speech making you feel better in an instant.

"I love you Rena.." You sniffled.

"I love you too baby" She smiled, kissing your forehead and laying you down on your bed, cuddling you from the side and falling asleep together.
