Chapter 14: Awakening- part 1

      Hajime slowly opened his eyes. "Where am I? It's so dark in here." He looked around but could only see darkness. He tried to move his limbs but couldn't find any strength. "Damn it... I've lost control again. Satou... Kusonaki... I'm sorry," Hajime thought, realizing what had happened.

      Outside the forest, Kazuhiko and Katsuyori were running toward the mountain. "It's Maatsu! Nonaka's lost control again!" Kazuhiko shouted while running. "Black Star Guild, huh? Hurry up, Kazuhiko!" Katsuyori yelled back. "Please be okay, all of you. Don't die on me!" Kazuhiko thought, hoping for the best but fearing the worst.

      In the forest, the Black Star Guild members were using some kind of ward to trap Hajime's body and stop him from moving. Meanwhile, Yasu was struggling against the heavy gravity pressing down on him. While holding both Hajime and Yasu down, one of the Black Star Guild members answered a phone call.

      "Genya, did you do your part?" he asked.

      "Yeah, I made him let his guard down and finished him off. I'm leaving now. Good luck taming the beast," Genya replied, having just killed Satou Ken.

     "What?! Who said you could act on your own? I'm the commander here! Get back here and help me!" the guild member shouted.

     "I'm just a mercenary. My job was to kill Satou Ken, and I did that. If you want my help, tell your boss to pay me more instead of sitting there waiting for results," Genya said, hanging up.

       "Tsk, what a troublesome guy. After I finish here, you're next, Fukushima Genya!" the guild member muttered angrily, putting his phone away.

       "Satou Ken... is dead?!" Yasu thought, overhearing their conversation. Knowing Ken was gone, he felt despair. "Damn it! Ken was our last hope!" Yasu clenched his fists as tightly as he could. "I have to stop him... Please... lend me your strength... divine construct..." Yasu thought, desperately trying to find a solution.

       Suddenly, a green energy started flowing through his body. "You've finally reached me, Kusonaki Yasu," a voice echoed in Yasu's mind.

      "Wha- Who are you?!" Yasu asked, startled by the unknown voice.

      "It doesn't matter who I am. Just remember my name: Y Ddraig Goch. I've been watching over you since you were born," the voice replied. "Now, I'm sharing the power of your divine construct, which has been sealed inside you. Call out its name, and you'll gain its strength!" the voice instructed.

      "Ugh...!" Yasu slowly began to rise, pushing back against the gravity.

      "Hm, I'm surprised you can fight against my gravity press. Not many people can do that. Let's see how you handle twice the weight," the Black Star Guild member said, increasing the pressure and forcing Yasu back down.

       "...Twice Critical... Dragon's Hand... Boost!" Yasu shouted, summoning his strength.
