Anamika woke up due to pain in her back.

"Bappa my back agghh," Anamika groaned

Because of last night's hangover, she was having pain in her head. In the morning, she was still having trouble walking straight.

To make her pain less, she took the help of her surroundings she walked slowly to the kitchen, to drink some lemon water which will bring her to senses.

Her state was not good, her feelings which were deep down buried were coming out because of alcohol, and her wounds of yesterday crying herself to sleep were not yet healed, and without even realising her tears started flowing.

She was just staring at one place and crying.She was deeply buried in her thoughts and crying unknowingly

Suddenly she received a call making her come out of her thoughts.

*Anamika*

I was in my thoughts when I received a call, I quickly wiped down my tears and checked the caller ID it was "Shruti"

Shitt- I forgot about her call yesterday

"Hii shru-" I speak softly so she doesn't kill me through the phone

"Anamika, where the hell are you!?? I called you yesterday" she spoke and sounded angry

"I am sorry Shruti, I passed out after drinking" I said trying my best to not be killed by her

"The fuck Anamika, you are supposed to be here at this hour, but you just woke up now," she said angrily

"I am sorry Shruti, it just all happened, I clearly understand your anger, give me 5 minutes I will be there in 15 minutes," I said

"Anamika please come fast, I need you here," she said while crying

"Shruti I know you are nervous and scared, but there's nothing to cry about. I will be there, just give me a few minutes" I said calming her down

With that, I cut the call

Fuck my headache and my problems, all I care about is Shruti .

Without wasting any other second, I went to the bathroom and did my quickest shower ever.

I wore a white kurti, cuz that's were only simple and plain clothes I had, the rest of them were shiny and shimmering.

I took a taxi and within 15 minutes I was in front of Shruti's house, just as I promised her.
