Aryamann's POV!
I spotted Arohi and Bani huddled together, crying in the middle of the sidewalk. I hurried towards them. A cop was nearby, taking notes.
"We will try to find them soon," I heard the cop saying, without much enthusiasm.
"What's the status? Any news yet?" I asked as soon as I reached them.
The cop's eyes widened in surprise.
"Mr. Mehrotra. You here?" He asked in shock.
"Bhumika Basu is my fiancée, damn it. Find her quickly," I demanded, and the officers gathered together, and the search started getting more serious after my involvement.
"Thank you for coming. They were not very serious. That's why I called you. I know you are more influential, and you can find her faster," Arohi said.
"Of course, you should call me in case something like this happens. She is my fiancée, for heaven's sake. I have every right to know about it," I said, getting angry hearing their gratitude.
Finding Bhumi is as important to me as it is to them.
After hours of searching, we finally found the hideout of the kidnappers. My eyes widened in fury seeing a knife placed on her throat.
How dare he?
I walked straight towards him and punched him square in his face.
"How dare you? How dare you touch my woman?" I was livid. I screamed at him and was about to punch him again when he cried out to Bhumi.
"Bhabhi, tell him. Tell bhaiyya that I wasn't trying to hurt you," he cried.
What the ever fu*king hell!
Bhumi immediately stood up from the chair, untying the rope on her own.
What the hell is happening here?
"Aryamann. What are you doing here?" She asked with a confused frown.
"What am I doing here? Seriously, you are asking me what I am doing here. Do you think I can relax happily after knowing that you are kidnapped?" I asked her in disbelief, and she frowned more, confused now.
"How did you know I was kidnapped?" She asked.
"Arohi called me immediately. Thank God she was smart enough to inform me. And we were all panicking. Do you know what we all went through without knowing anything about you? Can you tell me what the hell is going on?" I asked her, as I felt the adrenaline rush out through my body after finding her in one piece.
Then she explained to me everything about how the baby was being kidnapped and how she got trapped in all these. Then she explained in glee, how she irritated the hell out of the kidnappers.
Of course. I should have been worried about these poor kidnappers, rather than worrying about this crazy girl.
"We were all worried about you, and you wanted to take a picture of the kidnapping?" I asked her in disbelief. It was too much for me to digest.
"Who knows when I will get a chance to be kidnapped again. So I thought of taking advantage of the situation," she said, shrugging casually.
"Do not worry, Mr. Mehrotra, even if someone is foolish enough to kidnap her, they will drop her off soon enough. We really wanted to. But she was stubborn to wait for her prince charming to come and save her," a bulky man with a potbelly, who was held back by the cops, said, and I looked at Bhumi in disbelief.
Seriously? Prince charming?
When will she grow up?
The baby's parents also came and thanked Bhumi for being with their child and keeping her safe from any other harm.
