A/N - Hello my loves. You might need tissues for this chapter...
TW death.
Autumn found herself in the local bar, The Victoria Pub, that night, after many arguments with her dad over the phone. It was her first time talking to him in years, Amelia had always dealt with him after everything went down just to make sure she was protected. Everything came flooding back.
She couldn't tell who she was mad at.
Marjorie? Roger?
Her brother?
"Killing my brother wasn't enough? You had to go find yourself a younger woman to hurt. If you don't leave her alone I will kill you myself."
"Someone must have hurt your feelings today, mutton chops. You have never shown an ounce of care for my....squeeze....before."
“Your ‘squeeze’ better have a better outcome than my brother.”
“You're brother is a spoiled, entitled brat and has no right being my heir, it's bad enough that he has my name.”
“Had.”
“What?”
“Had your name.”
Autumn sat, head in her hands, a few drinks in, regretting every time she had ever referred to Siobhan as that derogatory word….. Squeeze. She should have known. Reece would be so disappointed in her if he knew she wasn't protecting the frail girl just as he had protected her that night.
That night.
She was arguing back for the first time ever, trying to hold up a front that she wasn't scared anymore when, in actuality, she was excited to meet the devil; he would show her mercy that she had never received from Roger....her "dad".
Reece had heard the uproar and stayed seated at the top of the stairs, lurking, waiting. Just in case. That was until he heard it.
Crash.
A loud one.
A blood splatter hit the wall in front of him and his pupils dilated.
Fuck.
She's dead. She's dead. She's dead.
Launching himself down the stairs, he lunged at his dad, failing to notice the now smashed bottle, still in Rogers blood soaked hands. All he could see was the feet of his little sister on the floor and his maniacally laughing father. He was going to kill this strange man for hurting his sister.
He should have died a long time ago.
Roger moved out of Reese's way and grabbed him by the back of the neck, slamming his heir’s head into the kitchen counter repeatedly before pushing his whole, limp, body away.
Autumn sat herself up, blood leaking from her face, a cause of the glass now impaling her. As her eyes moved from her blood soaked hand to her limp brother, she screamed
"FUCK DAD, NO NOT THAT WAY".
Unknowingly, Roger had pushed his heir in the direction of their glass oven. Shattering on impact, glass impaled the whole left side of the boy. Autumn has expected her dad to be angry....not murderous.
One. Two. Three. Four.......
"STOP" the little girl screamed as she pushed Roger away from the severed corpse. Roger had grabbed a knife from the unwashed pile of dishes on the side.
Now only one heir remained.
Mia walked in, crying, she'd had a nightmare that Reece had died in an attack from some strangers.
