You cannot banish me, Rachel, the entity growled, its voice reverberating through the room like a thunderclap. I am a part of you now, a darkness that will never leave.
But Rachel believed the entity's lies. The entity screamed in agony, its form contorting and twisting in a grotesque display of pain.
