She could sense the entity's anticipation, its hunger for her fear and despair.
As she reached the heart of Ravens Manor, Rachel finally came face to face with the entity. It was a twisted, grotesque apparition, with glowing eyes and sharp, jagged teeth. It hissed and snarled, reaching out with clawed hands to ensnare her.
