Rachel's mind raced as she took in her surroundings, searching desperately for an escape route. The beast's growls grew louder, closer, and she knew she was running out of time. With a sense of urgency, she darted towards a large oak door at the far end of the room, hoping it would lead her to safety.
As she reached for the doorknob, a sudden realization washed over her - she had no idea what lay on the other side. It could be another dead end, a trap set by the creature. But she had no other choice. With a deep breath, she turned the knob and burst through the door, into darkness.
