Alastor x Lucifer oneshots

Devine tonight.

It had been a rather hectic day at the hotel. Charlie has decided to organise a ball of sorts to promote the hotel even more. The day was spent bussling about, trying to get everything ready for tonight. Lucifer had arrived early that morning to assist in helping get everything set up.

The doors opened as the sun began to set, and the clock struck. Hells residents of all species, shapes, and sizes began to arrive. Some hellborn, some sinners. Beautiful outfits, stylish hair, and even more gorgeous makeup.

Charlie stood by the entrance in a white  suit that had a pinkish red handkerchief in its front chest pocket. Inside Husker was serving drinks by the bar, Angel was seated by the bar, Nifty was buzzing about like usual, Vaggie was conversing with the guests and assisting where needed. Though, there was one member from the faculty that seemed to be missing. Alastor.

Alastor stood beside one of the many bedrooms in the hotel, his arms folded behind his back as he patiently waited. Alastor had been given the task to set up a playlist for the night, and he had been told that the ball's theme was 'Love in unconventional places'. Thus, he had spent the last week finding music from his time that would properly fit the theme. One of the many songs he had settled on was 'Dream Sweet in Sea Major' by Miracle Music. He was quietly humming along to the lyrics, his eyes closed with his head slightly swaying along with the music. Alastor had settled on a dark red suit jacket, white shirt with black trousers and shoes. A small white and gold handkerchief rested in the breast pocket of his jacket.

Though Alastors head quickly snapped towards the door when he heard it open. His gaze quickly landed on none other than the kind of hell himself, Lucifer. Lucifer stood before him in a pure white suit that had a maroon handkerchief in its breast pocket. Alastors usual grin faltered into a soft, genuine smile. "You look quite lovely, if I may say so myself." Alastor spoke, holding a hand out to the king. Lucifer jokingly rolled his eyes at the comment but took hold of his lovers hand. "Why, thank you, radio demon." Lucifer retorted with a smirk. A small chuckle escaped the deer demons throat as the two made their way down to the hall and towards the music.

The two apparent on the top of the staircase, and everyone's eyes seemed to land on the pair. Charlie hadn't noticed to two, only noticing when everyone's gaze quickly turned towards the staircase. Charlie quickly looked towards the stairs and nearly jumped for joy when she saw the pair making their way down. She quickly pushed past the floor of people to reach her father and Alastor. Once she was close enough, she jumped up and wrapped her arms around her father in a tight hug. Lucifer laughed before hugging her back. The two spoke amongst themselves for a few moments before Lucifer felt a tap to his shoulder. When he turned around, his eyes widened. There stood Alastor, with a hand stretched out and bowed before him. "May I have this dance, your highness?" The king of hell battled to keep a smirk from forming on his lips as he gave a nod and took Alastors hand. The two made their way to the middle of the dance floor. Alastors one hand on Lucifers waist while the other hand the Kings hand in the air. Lucifers free hand went up to rest on the deer demons shoulder. Soon, the two began to waltz among the rest of hells couples. Alastors gaze fixated on the smaller demon before him, a loving smile on his lips. As the two danced, Alastor began to quietly sing along. "You look quite divine tonight. Here among these vibrant lights. Pure delights surround us as we sail." A small chuckle escaped the Kings throat as he continued on with the lyrics. "Signed, yours truly, the whale.Joy Mirage's kingdom come.No one left at stake.Now that existence is on the wake. Let's see what we can
make."

The two had slowly begun to lean closer. A small smirk on Lucifers lips as he leaned in the final inch, connecting theirs lips in a gentle and loving kiss. Cheers erupted from the sinners around him. Though Charlie was cheering the loudest, a few tears ran down her face. She was very grateful she had decided to wear her waterproof makeup that night.
