Prologue

Two Days before the Mission

A call between Yuuka, Akane, and Eggman-Sensei

Akane: "Hello? This is Akane from C&C. How is the reception on your end?"
Yuuka: "Y-Yes! All clear. *sigh* I wish I wasn't having this conversation right now..."
Akane: "Heehee. Sounds like a new commission. On the bright side, you came to us because you can trust us to get it done, right?"
Yuuka: "We can talk about bright sides after I'm done cleaning up the mess I know you're gonna cause! Have you ever handled things quietly like I asked? Equipment destroyed! Buildings on fire! And endless paperwork for me! You exceeded your budget almost six times last month, you are my worst nightmare! I promised myself, never again. So this time, I've come with reinforcements."
Akane: "What do you mean by that?"
Yuuka: "Please greet your new supervisor, or sorts..."
Eggman-Sensei: "Which is me. It is a pleasure to see you again, Akane of C&C."
Akane: "Huh...? Sensei...?"
Yuuka: "He will simply confirm the amount of damages incurred on this commission were a necesarry cost or not. Think of it as a small, procedural check-up, nothing more."
Akane: "I see..."
Yuuka: "Well anyways... Approximately thirty-seven hours ago, first year Kurosaki Koyuki, codename White Rabbit, escaped from the self-reflection room. She slipped out of range of Seminar's surveillance network before we realized the situation."
Akane: "Oh dear, her again? She simply won't allow us to forget her, will she? What is it this time?"
Yuuka: "...Issuing unauthorized bonds. Not only that, but she's issuing them in Seminar's name. If my calculations are correct, we'll be bankrupt in three days. Now do you understand the gravity of the situation we're in?"
Akane: "Oh dear. This is her greatest performance yet."
Eggman-Sensei: "Kurosaki Koyuki, huh? Seems like she's a piece of work for you, huh Yuuka?"
Yuuka: "Indeed she is, Sensei."
Eggman-Sensei: "Hmm..."
Akane: "Hmm? Have you heard of her, Sensei?"
Eggman-Sensei: "No, not really. All I've done is research through members of school clubs and student councils. That's why I'm familiar. Well, would you like to tell about her more to me, Akane?"
Akane: "Ah. Allow me, then. There has been more than one arrest operation for the girl known as Kurosaki Koyuki. Codename: "White Rabbit". She was once affiliated with Seminar, however she's now it's biggest headache and known menace in Millennium. She's chaos itself, an absolute loose cannon."
Eggman-Sensei: "(Well, I've dealt with more than one headache of a nuisance before...) Well, how does she get away with it?"
Yuuka: "She has a unique inclination for it. A gift, you could say. Her ability to compute mathematical calculations quickly and accurately is terrifying. To her, our encryptions and security systems are child's play."
Akane: "She uses her mathematical gifts to crack any password standing in her way. Changing passwords means nothing to her. Isn't it impressive?"
Eggman-Sensei: "Ohoho! Indeed, it is impressive! Well, have you tried everything?"
Yuuka: "*sigh* Yes, we have. Well, Sensei? Since you are the "Greatest Scientific Genius of all Time", do you have any ideas on how to keep her in place?"
Eggman-Sensei: "Sorry, I'll let you figure that one out yourself, hehehe! As a teacher, I have to be fair with everyone, including her."
Yuuka: "*sigh* Fine... Well, originally we brought her to Seminar because of her astounding abilities."
Akane: "Who would've thought she'd instead become such a thorn in your side, as she likes to call herself. Heehee."
Yuuka: "She's more like a giant guillotine hanging over my head! If not for her Seminar affiliations, she would be rotting with the Corrections Bureau already. I can hardly send her away due to the amount of confidential information she's accrued. Anyways, please follow the usual procedure."
Akane: "Of course. As usual, C&C is at your service."
Yuuka: "To be clear, I just don't have any other options. Our biggest issue here is automata and drones are out of the question."
Akane: "And why is that?"
Yuuka: "The White Rabbit fled somewhere we can't exactly send automata to. She's gone beyond Millennium and DU entirely to a different school district."
Eggman-Sensei: "Elaborate on that, please."
Yuuka: "She's fled to a school made of several ships, called the Odyssey Maritime School. Specifically, to a ship called the Golden Fleece. We keep cordial relations with Odyssey, so I did send a personal inquiry. From my information, the Golden Fleece is an old ship they've left half for dead. She won't say what she's doing there or why she's escaped, only that she'll make money her own way."
Akane: "Oh, dear... It looks like the problem child has boarded a problem vessel. What could she possibly be attempting to accomplish issuing fake bonds?"
Yuuka: "That's my primary concern. If she's trying to graduate from petty crimes to an entire revolt... And to fund it using bonds issued in Seminar's name! Anyways, it may be neglected, but the Golden Fleece is still Odyssey's ship. We'd be violating the rules if we send a drone at her."
Eggman-Sensei: "(Seems like we'll need to do a break in mission.)"
Akane: "Ah, and so... You're in need of agents? Heehee..."
Yuuka: "...I would like to emphasize we need SECRET agents. That's the entire briefing. I expect C&C to act in accordance with the gravity of the situation. You can't mess this one up, okay? I won't be able to help this time if you do."
Akane: "No callsigns, no uniforms. We're just normal civilians passing by.."
Eggman-Sensei: "(Civilian, huh?)"
Yuuka: "Normal civilians who will not be caught on this mission. Will. Not. Be. Caught. Be smart about it! Please..."
Eggman-Sensei: "Don't worry. As long as they have me, they'd be just fine! I'll have the master plan."
