Bonnie And Enzo's Happy Ending (COMPLETE)

part 7 the proposal

It was 12.30 pm. Bonnie was getting ready for the last 2 hours with the help of the stylist and makeup artist while she was talking to her best friends.

'So Bonnie, how was last night?' Caroline asked

''Yeah, what did you and Enzo get up to in this suite?''

''Um.. it was an eventful night to tell you. Enzo did something to me that no guy has done.. not even Jeremy. 'I'm happy  he's back  he changed my life in ways I never taught I did.'' Bonnie says with a smile on her face. Not knowing that Enzo, Damon, and Stefan  were behind the door easedroping.

''You did good, Buddie.'' Damonn said.

''I know.''

''Are you ready to propose to her.''

''Yes, I'm ready to propose to the woman I love.''

After finishing her makeup and hair. Bonnie was done, and Elena and Caroline helped  Bonnie get dressed for brunch.

(Author's note Elena had her twins 1 week ago, and Jeremy is babysitting them while this happens)

''Ok, I'm ready.'' Bonnie said after leaving the bedroom after getting ready.

''Wow, Bonnie, you look amazing.' Caroline said

'Caroline's right, Enzo is one lucky man.''

''She's right. Bonnie Bennet, you take my breath away every time I see your beautiful face.'' Enzo said after opening the door to the suite.

''Thank you. How long have you been standing there?''

''The whole time, we were  ease dropping on your conversation.'' Damon and Stefan said while entering the room

'You girls look stunning.'' The boys say in sync

''Do yall not know how to mind your damn  business it's  called priv-,'' Bonnie said before Enzo turns to her and puts his hand around her waist to try and shush her.

''I told you to be on your best behaviour, Bonnie.'' Enzo whispers, leaving Bonnie to stay quiet.

''Sorry bad habits.'' Bonnie apologises. ''Better or we can stay and talk about last night.''

''OK, I'm sorry. I'll be on my best behaviour.' Bonnie said ''Good Girl.''

''We heard that.'' Everyone said  while laughing.

''Shall we leave. We dont wanna be late.'

''Yeah, let's leave.'' Damon said

They all leave and take an Uber 25 minutes away from the hotel to a nice brunch spot for everyone.

After leaving the Uber, the boys took their girlfriends hand and escorted them to their seats.

''Thank you, what a gentleman you guys are.'' The girl say while smiling.

''Only for the woman we love.'' The boys say before kissing them.

Everyone got their food and started talking about everything they've been up to since coming back from Africa. Caroline and Stefan are expecting. Damon opened up a Burbon business with Stefan (called Brothers Burbon). Caroline opened up her own thrift store. Elena went back to work as a doctor and hired Jeremy to babysit their twin daughters.

After eating, everyone decided to go back to the hotel to get ready for the  beach and go home.

Bonnie was alone in her room because she taught that her friends were going home to be with their kids. But Bonnie didn't know they went to the beach to finish up and hide so Enzo could suprise her with the proposal.

Bonnie was sitting on a lounge chair and started having tears of joy in her eyes with everything that had been happening since Enzo came back. Enzo heard this and opened the door to the suite. He went over to her and bent down on his knees and put his hand on her leg, and asked.

''Bonnie, what's wrong.''

'I'm fine.'' Bonnie said while trying to get up, but Enzo stopped her.

''Bonnie, stop lying. I heard you, and you're crying. What's up.''

Bonnie sighs and takes a deep breath. ''I just crying tears of joy, reminiscing about everything that happened since we brought you back.

'I hope they were good  memories.' Enzo said while trying to put a smile on her face.

''It is. Thank you for being with me.''

''You're welcome. I love you.'' Enzo said before kissing her on the lips.

''I love you too.''

'Now we have to leave if we don't want to be late.'' Enzo said while holding her hand and walking toward the door.

''Okay.''

After 10 minutes, they go to the beach. Everyone was hiding somewhere far away, so she won't see them. Once they got to the beach, Bonnie saw the set that said
''Will you marry me''. With big ballons  and roses on the floor with a little table with all of Bonnie's favourite things.

''No.'' Bonnie turned around, started crying, knowing what was about to happen. Enzo took her hand and took her to where the display was.

''I had to ask your mom and grams this question before i brought you  to your favourite place with all your favourite things.'' Enzo says before going down on one knee before bringing out a black box with a beautiful diamond ring.

''Awe.'' Bonnie started crying again

''Bonnie, you are the most important person in my life.. you brought light into me  when it was filled darkness. You made me a man again. You gave a second chance when you brought me back and you were there for me every step of the way and that's what I love about you, you are  a courageous woman, your kind and you are a powerful witch that makes  me smile everytime I wake up next to you every morning.''

''Enzo.'' Bonnie said while putting her head down, still crying

'Bonnie Bonnet, will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me.'
Bonnie lifts her head up and says. 'Um, let me think about it.' Bonnie said, lifting her head up and saying ''Yes.'' Bonnie screams in happiness.

Enzo gets up and puts the ring on her finger, and kisses her.

Everyone starts walking up to them, hugging them and congrutalted them. Bonnie was surprised to see everyone, including her mom and grandma.

''You knew.'' Bonnie said in suprise

''Of course we did. '' Abbie and Caroine replies

''But how.''

'''When you got back from Africa, Enzo called us to meet and ask for your hand in marriage, and we said yes.''

''This was before we went  to your house.'' Ebzo said

''You planned this all for me in 2 days.'' Bonnie said before crying again

'Yes, because I love you and I want to spend the rest of our days together.''

'Awe Enzo, thank you.I love you too.'  Bonnie said before hugging  him.

They spent the rest of the evening celebrating and partying.

After that, Enzo took Bonnie back the suite for another suprise. Once they entered the bedroom, they went to bed after that.
